Today is the 7th business day since NVC scanned my AOS and IV packet for review. Should I call them to check if any update or is it too early?

coz our joint sponsor still enjoying philippine sun, i was able to convince a friend of mine to be a joint sponsor, here's the thing.4 household member (3 immigrant plus 1 sponsor)

poverty guideline for 4 = 29812

her w2 = 30112

she's making just a few dollars beyond guideline, my husband is short of $500 to reach guideline. will this be enough?

When did it become available? I'm still waiting. And I called up, and Ms. Olivia said it was usually 5-10 business days, but they're behind and so they can't give me a time frame as to when it will be complete.

How you receive the notification to pay fees?

If I am not wrong we need to pay two times to NVC right??

Is the AOS fee normally available before IV fee? And would it be slower to wait to be able to pay both at the same time and then send the packages together? Or is it about the same time?

It costs $80 to DHL a package to the USA and it'd be nice to just have to pay that one time!

So we paid both AOS and IV last March 7.After 3 working days the AOs status appeared paid but until today the Iv is still 'in process'. My husband called the nvc last monday and they told him they are having problems with their system. He called again today and they gave him the same reason. Is anyone here experiencing this? It's been 3 days they should have fix it already right?

Paid the AOS fee today- never been so excited to pay a bill!

Now just to sort out the shipping costs of DHL to the U.S. and logistics with joint sponsor...eek each day that passes seems to be an enormous setback.

You may or may not get and email that says that your cases were shipped out to the NVC. If your status doesn't change within the next few days, I'd contact the congress person again. I know that they're stating they have 6-8 weeks to ship it out to the NVC, but I'd start raising hell if it doesn't leave the USCIS within two weeks. Especially given the length of time that you've already been waiting. After it actually leaves the USCIS, it usually gets there within 2 weeks. I started calling daily about a week after I got approval. Then it's the long ridiculous slog to get the case number. Although your I129 might go faster.
