remarriage with case pending

Hey,

I have a case with the CIS regarding removing conditions on the green card because of the divorce.

My case is still pending due to the evidence of good faith marriage they want from me. But now, I'm in love with a U.S. citizen and we plannify to get married. How could that happen to inform them that I'm married again??

Thanks

Not sure what you are asking. Are you asking should you tell them you are getting remarried?

Is the US citizen you are planning to marry, male or female this time?

You should expect serious scrutiny

Done with K1, AOS and ROC

you should at least wait until after your removal of conditions is final before re-marrying. You don't even know if your removal of conditions will be approved

Is there a rush to get married?

I'm not at all sure how USCIS will look at it, but to me it would look more like you found the first spouse for the green card, and then looked for true love.

5 months cohabitation is not that much. (Then again, my wife is trying for ROC with 5 weeks cohabitation with me.)

I'd let sleeping dogs lie. Remember that if you get denied, you will be permanently barred from getting a green card.

Do you have an attorney? If not, get one right quick.

you guys think. 4 statements from a jointly bank account, a letter from her, her cousin, the landlord, my parents and two mutual friends of us is gonna be good enough or they will ask me more???

Seeing what other people got RFE for, I think they'll ask you way more. But that is just my gut feeling from reading this board. Just do a quick search here, read through...you'll see what I'm talking about. Your evidences seem weaker than any that I've seen so far....All the best!

sam90 in my opinion your GC won't be renewed, you didn't submit enough proof of commingling finances.Letters may prove commune residence, but what's the proof of bonafide marriage( commingling fiances)?

so what should I do? I can get married again or I ll be banned to get another green card all my life??
