As we have seen the charts earlier and analyzed...the number of filers reduced from 2002 onwards when compared to the "Life Act of 2001"...So we will definitely see a good visa movement forward...The foremost i am looking for is after March 2015 bulletins wherein the administrative reforms should kick in...Thatz when is the....

Interview letter containing 8 pages total have 5th & 7th page totally blank,are these pages left blank intentionaly,or something is missed. & immigrant visa application part 1 & part 2 in document status as "y". No instructions to fill ds260.what to do,I am worried.can u help,do u have any idea about this.thanks again.

Hi Baly.

Immigrant visa application Part 1 & part 2 is ds 230 submmited earlier. "Y" = NVC already sent this to consulate. I filled ds 260 online even though i had filled ds 230. U sholud do the same and take printout of conformation page. They require it for fingerprint and interview. Hope this helps. I am Still waiting for I/L. Goodluck.

What the hell this means ?? NVC doesn't have regular contact with DOS and they have no idea how VB will move. Back in 2010, people were receiving COAs week after their PD became current.

I think the most likely situation is that NVC will issue COA in bulk when VB reaches July, 2002. They may issue COAs for everyone from Oct 2002 to Jan 2003

At present time, I don't see any indications of VB slowdown. Demands in late 2002 should be similar, unless all visa numbers have been used before reaching those dates.

I think with almost entire Documentation getting through E Mode COA , AOS and DS260 are moving back to back , So they may be sending all these back to back 4-6 Months in advance .

I am 12 days close to my interview and wanted to know if....once we reach the US is it necessary to wait for the GC and SSN because some of the beneficiaries might need to go back to the origin country to finish some paperwork, and might only stay for 2 - 3 days. I wanted to know if he wont have any problem to come back with the seal on his passport? I found this, but CAN someone can tell me if it is correct?

Is it possible that one member of the family stays back and receives proper Green cards on behalf of everyone when they are delivered by post at the specified address? He can then travel back to home country with everyone's GCs. They then travel back using those green cards. Can anyone please throw some light on this?
