So, medical review in Kiev :

1. Called them to make appointment. They most of the time are able to accept people any time. As already guys mentioned over gere: from 9 am till 3 pm they do medical checks. They say to bring 3 photos....but took only 2. So not sure why they inform about more pics that needed. They ASK for some paper with KEV number (i brought the one from NVC - scanned letter in English was fine for them.) The most important that that paper has your name and KEV number. Also i received letter from Consulate with KEV.

2. When coming for the medical you go to 105 room to make registration. They give you a big envelope with listed rooms to pass exams.

3. No matter what, there is a live queque (line) of people. I recommend first do X-ray (or take a line in X-ray and meanwhile go to blood exam and Nurse room). Than go back to X-ray.

4. At 11 am they ask for medical payments. It's room 102.

5. After you passed all rooms, they ask to wait until 3 p.m. At this time they give the results (X-ray and white envelope with other results). Vaccination list copy is also given without any problems. Result are given in the room 105 by naming Surnames of people.

Short comment based on what i've seen: Half of people that did medical at the same day as me had sings of TB!!!! that was shown on X-ray. Logically this means visa interview will be under question mark, as far as people were asked to make sputum tests and wait 8 weeks for the results. There were people that already made Consulate appointment and came for medical with TB signs...thus I recommend FIRST DO MEDICAL EXAM than schedue interview date, just to be 100% sure all is fine.

I guess it's not a news that Ukraine is place with high TB risks....so even if you are sure you are healthy, better be aware of this. Cos people at that day were very frustrated with the TB signs.

General impression: The process was quite fast (it was thursday), two couples were with children for adoption (that means they are attended with priority). Doctors were very friendly, no evil comments of disrespect. All questions were answered upon first request, all explained.

Good luck for those who get ready for the medical in Kiev!
