Conseil: Paye ton fee sur ELIS assez vite, car leur systeme traine !

J'ai paye il y a 3 semaines et c'est toujours en cours de processing .

Et je pars aux US tout debut Mai...

L'idee c'est d'avoir le paiement bien en avance pour recevoir la GC le plus rapidement possible derriere.

Dès que je reçois le visa mon capitaine.

Je crois que j'ai déjà trouvé mon Rhodes :D

Non, il n'y a plus de packet 4.

Il n'y a pas de papier sur les violences domestiques, ils ont juste indiqué un lien pour consulter les infos sur internet.

Il y avait aussi le papier pour la demande du casier judiciaire bulletin N°3 et un autre sur les caractéristiques de leur fameuse photo d'identité.

J'aurai une petite question à propos des photos d'identités et je pensais que peut-être tu pourrais m'aider ^_^

Apparement il en faudrait pour le DS-260 (il faut la scannée c'est ça ?) mais aussi pour l'interview et le rendez vous médicale..

Ma question est : faut-il que se soient des photos rescentes de moins de 6 mois comme j'ai lu sur la page d'information de l'ambassade sur VJ ? Et combien de photos sont demandées en tout ?

En effet, au tout début de la paperasse j'en avais fait un bon stock et j'aurai aimé savoir si je pouvais réutiliser les mêmes..

J'aurai une petite question à propos des photos d'identités et je pensais que peut-être tu pourrais m'aider ^_^

Apparement il en faudrait pour le DS-260 (il faut la scannée c'est ça ?) mais aussi pour l'interview et le rendez vous médicale..

Ma question est : faut-il que se soient des photos rescentes de moins de 6 mois comme j'ai lu sur la page d'information de l'ambassade sur VJ ? Et combien de photos sont demandées en tout ?

Pour le DS160 il faut normalement une photo 5X5 que tu peux obtenir soit en scannant la photo papier soit en demandant au photographe de t'envoyer le format numérique par mail. Mais en remplissant le DS160, si tu n'as pas de photo à mettre il est possible de ne pas la mettre et ramener une photo à l'ambassade le jour de ton rendez vous, perso c'est ce que j'ai fait.

2 photos 5x5 suffiront.

Pour la visite médicale tu peux donner des photos en format normal, comme celles qu'on utilise en France, je les ai faites dans les cabines photomaton. Pour le médecin, la radiographie et la prise de sang tu auras besoin de 6 photos au total.

Toutes les photos doivent dater de moins de 6 mois, je ne sais pas comment ils le vérifient mais c'est ce qu'ils demandent.

De mon cote, je suis en recherche de boulot, ca prends plus de temps que ce que je pensais car je vise de "belles" boites, mais petit a petit j'avance.

Une fois que j'aurais le taf, il faudra demenager 2/3 bricoles, acheter une bagnole, acheter des meubles (moins cher que de les demenager)... et avec ce qu'il me reste, pas sur de pouvoir trouver 2k ou 3k pour acheter une gratte ESP...

Bon courage pour tes recherches. Une fois le boulot dans la poche ca sera plus facile et je suis sur que l'ESP suivra assez vite ;) Le Rhodes est sur craigslist, tout pres de mon point de chute aux US, pas sur qu'il y soit encore le temps que je mette les pieds la-bas. Sinon je ferai des miles pour aller en chercher un autre dans un autre etat, ca sera dur dur mais je me sacrifierai ...

Pour notre déménagement je fais partir une caisse maritime avec nos cartons dedans (pas de meubles).

Ca fait bizzare de ne plus avoir cette inquiétude permanente du visa. Du coup je me suis réveillé brutalement ce matin en mode semi panic a propos de mon NAS et de son backup qui ne doivent impérativement pas voyager ensemble. :help: Le cerveau humain j'te jure ....

Oui normal, il passera en ISSUED demain.

Tu recevra par la suite un mail du DOS avec le numéro de Lettre Suivie pour ton passeport. Le mien a été expédié hier et apparemment je le reçois aujourd'hui soit 9 jours après mon interview.

Suite au paiement, je check le site de l'USCIS (ELIS) frquement et mon "case" est au status "optimized" depuis deja qques temps.

Je vais guetter apres mon immigration fin avril et voir comment ca evolue, car je pense que le status va evoluer apres le passage a la frontiere.

je vous tiens au courant. Le site de l'USCIS n'est pas des plus clairs...

Au fait, tu peux me dire si tu avais enregistré ton rdv sur https://ais.usvisa-info.com/en-fr/iv/users/sign_in? On m'a dit que c'etait eux qui s'occupaient de l'envoi.

et aussi, avec ton visa, as tu recu les documents a remettre a l'agent de POE?
