I-134 Form Expires on 12/31/2013

My fiance hasn't sent me his documents yet and my interview is on January 9. He was going to send me the needed documents last week but I noticed that the I-134 form expires on 12/31/2013 so I told him to wait for the new form. USCIS hasn't updated the form yet. Shall we use the expired form for my interview and risk being turned away at the embassy or wait for the updated form? The problem is I have no idea when they will release the new form. I'm afraid that if we wait long enough for the updated form, I won't be able to get his documents on time. Argh!!!

It is not about the expiration date anyway, It is the edition date that matters Although in this case, it doesn't matter either because previous editions are accepted.

My fiance have filled out I-134 with a date 12/31/13 also will they still accept it during my interview,He sent it through USPS together with some other supporting documents,havent receive the mail yet but once i receive it this week,ill go on to my interview within the week and the form will be outdated,are they going to reject our I-134?
