Just recieved my RFE in the mail. I sent in my marriage certificate and translated marriage document from my country. They want to see the Nikah Nama in my native language... Not too difficult. I should be able to send it in... First thing in the morning. :) On a side note, I just read my husbands alien registration number on the letter and it ends with 786! Coincidence? I think not! :)

You did not send Marriage Certificate from NADRA? Computerized Marriage Certificate? its official document From Government of Pakistan on Official Paper having both English and Urdu version on same page.

You guys will not get transferred cause your files are going/went to the service centers directly from the Lockbox. So it's Lockbox-> Service Center That's the way it used to be up until August 2

I did send the certificate from NADRA! I thought it would suffice. But nope! They want the Urdu nikah Nama!

Is it possible to send in the document before they request it?

I have no idea. I believe one can send document if they think those would be helpful for VO after main petition filled. But i have no idea how they will treat it. Will they attach those documents with main petition or not, is not clear.

Anybody more experience and vision ???

Hello house, is very nice having this topic here. I'm a December filer. I got my NOA 1 on 9/12/13 and ever since then we have been on IR when I check status. Please I want to know if they have been any approvals recently Thanks.

Hello, There have been some approvals in our thread, but mostly people with expedite request got them.

Rest of us is still waiting , and will wait for probably two more months... ( I am dreaming and hoping that we will get our noa2 sooner, though ;) )

Is it possible to send in the document before they request it?

I doubt it, I think I have read somewhere on VJ about situation like that, but I can't find it now, but I doubt it is possible. If I were I would try call uscis and talk to Tier2.

Our pd is December 17, after that we filed for a K3 and our alien registration number was changed January 30.

Since then waiting.
