They do look for gross income (earnings)???? I just calculated that 125% in IL should be $43620.00, and this year with my last check next week, I should be over this amount, so I assume it's OK. What I am going to do is send my last pay stub, with the I-864EZ

I am little confused now, does the 125% guideline, i.e. $19334, means that I have to make at least that much or more, OR, that amount ($19334) PLUS 125%?????

I don't know why you are calculating anything. the 125% is already stated on the poverty guideline link I attached here.

You are making this way too complicated. Do you have 7 people in your household? First you quote 2 people income wrong now you are quoting 7 people. I am very confused.

Look at the list again the 125% is already calculated the amount you see is the guideline. You say you make way above it so don't know why you are stressin the point.

No worries. Thats what this thread is for. To vent, to ask. If you are confused believe me others are too and hoping someone will ask. So you just did all their stressin for them.

Hope you are good now. That number is 125% above the guideline and you have to be at it or above. I have seen CO's deny folk who were $100 below (imagine).

Oh sweet Lord its 1:13am I got work in 6 hours. Yikes.

Thank god getting close to the process.

Have one question if someone can help. My wifes beneficiary ID is different in the Interview letter from what we got the first time file moved to NVC. Is this normal? do they change beneficiary ID during the process?

Bene ID seems to be their own thing not to worry about it. We never use it.

dheels76, where can I find the procedure/process for getting beneficiary's SS# once he/she comes to the US??
