WHAT THE HELL IS GOING ON WITH TSC?????

Yeah that is true, and also I agree that people do have it worse. But I'm sure as you all know here it is hard waiting for a loved one. Also some people handle things differently than others. I wasn't writing here for "azz" kissing or sympathy, but to see if others are in the same situation and same "frustrated" state as me.

It seems this thread has turned from its original intent to something different. I didn't mean to sound so aggressive!

It's just annoying to wait!

I'm sure it is for all of you waiting to be with the love of your life.

So I would like to move forward and not argue about whose situation is worse or about me doing nothing with my time.

Again sorry for sounding like I was jumping down "everyone's" throat.

We are all in this together... I was just venting too much about it!!

I wish everyone a pleasant journey and thanks for those helpful comments that are tucked away inside this thread!

If I were you, I would request this topic to be deleted and start over with a new post.

Yeah I'ma agree with some of the other posters. Three months is NOTHING to get worked up over. The national goal is 5 months, the average when I applied was 6 months, and now it's up to 13 months. I wish you had participated in the mass email/faxes that we did yesterday. Lots of people from February are still waiting. Almost all of March (including me) is still waiting. And so on.

Like you said, it's annoying when people who filed after you get approved before you. Well that means you have MONTHS of people who need to get approved before you. Cool your engines.

Im from march and i just got my noa 2 nov 5 now i have two weeks waiting to nvc get my file

OP. I understand that you are a k1 filer....that applied in August. Seriously calm your horses. I understand your frustration but don't be like that. I'm already married, and can't be with my husband for Christmas either cause of the backlog. I've been waiting since April 9th and still no noa2. I'm also jobless in gray/white, cold Germany currently living at my parents. Happy for those who got their visa even though it's not fair to those who have been waiting longer. Lucky ones that don't have to endure such a long wait. Enjoy this years Christmas and New Years with your parents and siblings while you can. :)

your approval will come soon enough! Maybe, to keep yourself occupied, research the next step after approval?

I could not agree more. I've been on VJ since 2011 and my fiance just filed this year. I've learned every steps and hoping we don't any mistake on every levels. My fiance's I-129F was approved without an RFE. I remember some other VJer here kept complaining why he never got approval but after NOA-2 came he started posting some threads that actually are easily to search on this forum. He could save time to prepare for another steps though rather than kept checking someone else post and started venting there.

For OP, NOA-2 is not only thing you have to wait. After approval, USCIS will forward to NVC and going to embassy. Again, you have to wait. It is not include waiting time for interview and when visa is delivered or some cases visa on AP. In worst case, if K-1 visa is denied. Definitely waiting is not one of guilty pleasures you would've asked for.

I know it sounds cliche but yes it is hard to be separated with our loved ones. I knew that feeling and have been through for more than five years by now. The difference is, I have job that really demanding and consuming my time and for me seems time flies so fast.

I am hoping you'll get NOA-2 anytime soon. Good luck on the rest of your journey!

Sorry, but can someone please tell me what is going on with TSC?!

I was reading about people that were getting approved in 12 days!!! (From sending date in november 2013 until approved in november 2013 too!!!)

I don't blame you for complaining; it does not seem fair that people are getting approved so fast while you are waiting. I don't think people should be taking out their anger on you, it's not like you are attacking them. Anyway, it is a good idea though to try find ways to cope. We are all waiting on here, though, and I understand exactly how you feel!
