Digging around the (new and improved) USCIS website I found a dusty link that lead me to... I-130 Performance Data! Last published September 19, 2013 and containing data as recent as March 31, 2013, you can download in both .csv and .pdf formats here:

I-130 Immediate Relative Statistics

Receipts Completions Pending

2010 193216 216778 77154

2011 202479 221188 91879

2012 199755 212801 105231

(YTD) 2013 254974 168258 1062526

Pulled right from the most recent report is data on the National Benefits Center covering Fiscal Year 2013 Quarter 1 (Oct-Dec 2012) & (Jan-Mar 2013):

(NBC) NATIONAL BENEFITS CENTER Receipts Approvals Denials 2013 Q1 117,997 992 2502013 Q2 136,893 1,310 203 Total Receipts Total Completions Pending 2013 YTD 254,890 2,755 523,874

In the 6 months of reporting time the National Benefits Center managed to complete 1% of received petitions. They seem to have another 268,984 stockpiled.

No other regional office or service center showed significant receipts and there is no data at all given for the (CSC) California Service Center, (NSC) Nebraska Service Center, (TSC) Texas Service Center, or (VSC) Vermont Service Center.

Data for Q1 on the March 2013 includes the NBC but the data for Q1 in the December 2012 release omits all mention.

Data also does do not match for service centers from one report to another during the same time frame.

For example: MIA MIAMI, FL

Receipts Approvals Denials

2013 Q1 2 4,953 469 March 2013 report

2013 Q1 1,589 598 106 December 2012 report

I apologize if this is a repeat post but I'm posting these again to get everyone's attention again as we wait for the next report. Please correct me if I'm reading this wrong. Comment below if you have something to add.

Realize this is all I-130 which includes any family member of a USC or LPR... this is not just spousal cases

I think MSC 'counts' are not done properly, since the re-routing on 15 AUG 2012.

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !
Ya know, you can find the answer to your question with the advanced search tool, when using a PC? Ditch the handphone, come back later on a PC, and try again.

2013 Totals Immediate relative (Q1 + Q2):

Total received :(118,058 + 136,916) = 254,954

Approvals: (56,774 + 102,512) = 159,286

Denials: (3,886 + 5,086) = 8,972

Total Processed : (159,286 + 8,972) = 168,258

To be processed: ( 254,954 - 168,258) = 86,696 huh2.gif

Looks like the NBC numbers might be quite correct, cause F2As are mostly routed somewhere else.

However it does look like they do not reflect the transferred files.

To see how local offices have been performing: http://dashboard.uscis.gov/index.cfm?formtype=4&office=91&charttype=1

That said, there is a backlog no matter how to look at it.
