Wasn't that mostly to track the transfers? I guess even just to see any updates or when approvals start coming through. I'm SO bad at that too!

Yes they did it to track transfers. When you look at the spreadsheets, it only goes to October. Those months were and have been affected by the backlog.

I follow October, November and December so I can keep track. So far in 2 weeks I have seen 2 Nov. Approvals from Nebraska and one was a phillipines expedite so not a whole lot coming out yet.

As far as a spreadsheet, it is up to you. I started the Nov. Thread so we can see who filed and when we get approved, providing people keep us posted.

You guys will not get transferred cause your files went to the service centers directly from the Lockbox.

So it's Lockbox-> Service Center

That's the way it used to be up until August 2012 when USCIS started sending them: Lockbox-> NBC-> local office (that was a disaster)

All the transfers you're seeing do not apply to you. They apply only to people whose cases were sent to NBC and have been collecting dust for many, many months.

Petitions filed after end of Octoberish are being sent directly to: California Service Center, Nebraska Service Center, Texas Service Center and Vermont Service Center.

I am beginning to wonder if they will start transferring October petitions in say late March, I would sure love that. That way I will know some work will begin on our petitions soon.

They got through August in less than a month. My guess is they're finished with October by next month's end, tops. IMO April will be the month when the start into the November files in earnest, My biggest, burning question is whether the VSC will awake from its slumber and start churning out approvals or whether it will turn into Nebraska redux

Because this is USCIS...are right now NSC is still seriously backlogged and if they don't show any improvement in their rate of approvals in the the next month...

I wouldn't put it past them, come beggining of April, to actually start transfering files from NSC to other services centres to 'even out the workload'.. which in my eyes.. might just be a blessing for all filers still waiting.

Have to handed to USCIS.. at least they keep you guessing!

If the service centres are now receiving Sept transfers, does that mean they are almost done with August filers? And if these transfers are getting approvals in about a month, what exactly does this mean for us? Does it mean they will start approving November around May?
