NVC gave me the wrong information?

We inquired from NVC through email re: process of expediting for military-related reasons. They gave us the info and said we need to send it to NVCInquiry@state.gov with the subject "ATTN: Supervisor Sue, NVC Case No *********"

It's been 11 days! :( We never received even an acceptance email.

I called tonight (morning for NVC) and the person said I sent it to the wrong e-mail. It was supposed to be NVCExpedite (or nvcexpedite?) @state.gov. ARRRRGGGH.

I tried searching about this everywhere (Google, this forum, other forums)... Nothing shows up. Is this email address even true? :(

They gave us the wrong information when we first inquired re: expedite!

of those differences between us, for it is not difference which immobilizes us, but silence.
And there are so many silences to be broken.”

I am unsure if I should have posted it here. Please advise. :(

Seems like it's not a known fact yet. Even here on visajourney, since nobody responded to my posts. (thanks, by the way)

New email to send expedite requests to is NVCExpedite@state.gov

will post this everywhere I've posted my query, if you guys don't mind. This important info needs to be known to everyone.

How do I know? Mine has been expedited. Just awaiting interview schedule now. :)

Thank you so much for helpful information!

We were granted expedited service at USCIS for upcoming military deployment.

We had no clue how to ask for expedited service at NVC level...

We emailed NVCExpedite@state.gov, and they replied us with in 2 days.

Though our case number was not given at the moment, they sent our case to USEM, and our request was approved.

Their service was very amazing, and they were really responsible people.

Thank you so much. I am in the US now, and your info really helped me be here now.
