Dear everyone,

I have a question regarding I 94 and hopefully some of you have the answer for it.

I arrived in USA, through San Francisco last Sunday.

And when I retrieved my Electronic I 94, it turned out that they spelled my First name and Middle name wrong. Is there anything I can do to correct this?

Thank you for your time.

Go back to airport and tell them your problem, Let them fix that.

I-94 is very important for some reasons. you eill need so many time untill your green card arrive.

Contact USCIS about your name issue to get it corrected.

(No one at the airport can help with USCIS messing up your name... )

USCIS doesn't fix this.

OTOH, any CBP Office can fix this (airport, secondary inspection, deferred inspection).

I've no idea why Hank is suggesting that USCIS can fix it, as they cannot. USCIS did not cause the problem, either, as it was the data entry clerks, CBP employees, working the back room at the POE (a place where USCIS doesn't go).

Ya know, you can find the answer to your question with the advanced search tool, when using a PC? Ditch the handphone, come back later on a PC, and try again.

This mistake came from ( Airport officer ) , Then, They should fix that, also they should take your new fingerprint va .... and change your I-94 to new one.

Don't waste time, GO Back to Airport. If airport is far from your place, first call them, ask more information.

Hi,

They had my First and Middle name as my first, i went to apply for a SSN and now have my first as middle names as my first.

I can change this later for a SSN details change form.

A real pain!
