Is my I-130 Cover Letter correct? How's my 1-130 package?

Im about almost done with getting all the paperwork and requirements for our I-130 application, but I need help with knowing whether my cover letter is good and correct, and if the documents included are complete, in correct order and enough. I omitted some parts of the letter that includes my husband's personal information (he's the petitioner). Is this okay? Its been almost three months since we got married, so we're definitely excited with finally submitting our application. Please help!

· Copy of Birth Certificate (Petitioner)

· Copy of All Pages of unexpired U.S. Passport (Petitioner)

· G-325A (Petitioner)

· Passport Style Photo (Petitioner)

· G-325A (Beneficiary)

· Passport Style Photo (Beneficiary)

Evidence of Bona Fide Marriage:

· Copy of Marriage Certificate from Philippines

· Copy of Certification from the Church where Petitioner and Beneficiary got married

· Affidavits swearing to the Bona Fides of Petitioner’s and Beneficiary’s Marriage

· Copies of Travel Documents showing Petitioner’s Trip to the Philippines to marry and visit Beneficiary (Flight itineraries, passport stamps, boarding passes, etc)

· Copy of Money Transfer transactions

· Copies of hotel reservation confirmations, vouchers, receipts and checkout pass

· Copy of a letter sent by Petitioner to Beneficiary

· Copy of Chat logs and messages (Skype and Facebook)

· Photo pages as evidence to our bona fide relationship and marriage

Copies of documents submitted are exact photocopies of unaltered documents and I understand that I may be required to submit original documents to an Immigration or Consular officer at a later date. Thank you very much for your prompt attention to this matter.

I'd include 2 passport style photos each (they sometimes get ruined when they scan them, better to be on a safe side).

Do you have translations for the foreign documents? Make sure you include those.

You don't need to include both BC and passport. Only one is needed. This is used to establish citizenship.

Sometimes people get RFEs for not including beneficiary's birth certificate. It's not required, but still.. RFEs happen. I included mine.

Also, why don't you include G-1145 form as well to receive email/text notifications

Also, I have a total of 63 photos as evidence of our relationship and marriage, its kinda like telling our love story through our photos. Its worth 17 pages in total. Do you think this is too much? We dont have any joint bank accounts, or apartment leases to our names, coz we're newlyweds, and we were only together for three weeks after our wedding; he had to go back to the US to continue college and his jobs.

Well, you can include as many as you want. Some people include 4, others-99...

I don't think it's too much whatever you think is enough to prove your bonafide marriage.

We included 35 or so.

Aww, thanks! I was planning on including his birth certificate, but I read somewhere that short-form birth certificates are not acceptable. Is this true? Coz my husband's looks like this:

Is this good? Or is there another form of birth certificate that he needs to get?
