A Catholic priest in Pennsylvania has been charged with molesting a teenage boy after police said he was found in a car on a college campus with a 15-year-old who was wearing no pants, according to a police criminal complaint filed Friday in Lackawanna County.

When I read your headline I thought it said..."pantiless 15 year old" rather than pantless.....I though Hmmm here is a more unique story, a priest and a teen girl but alas: another story of Gay priest having a hunger for young men. In pity Catholics to have to bear this unfair weight around their neck. Statistically teachers are more apt to be involved in these crimes yet the school system is not one big unit as the Catholic church is so the blame or connections are not all tied together.

What kind of messed up teen boy desires to get together with a 57 year old man... off of Craigs list? When I was 15, a 30 year old women seemed like granny material.

this isn't anything new.. just shows that the church has not done much to stop it..

Actually the church has done a lot, but when you have tens of thousands of people in the priesthood, each new story stands out to remind us of the past.

Logically thinking there are tens of thousands of priests and yet these stories are now fairly rare.

For some reason we are more skeptical of the average priest than the average teacher yet teachers are involved in this sort of thing more often.

The thing that bothers and amazes me, is Priests like all faith leaders carry the greatest obligation to act ethical and morally sound by both their vow and by society and here you have a priest placing ads on craigslist for random sex even if he did think the kid was 18.

This story was on CNN, it's not on the I hate the church website. I don't have to keep up, it's a main story. I also posted about the guy who got 26 years for plotting to eat children. This story isn't about catholic church, it's about the dude doing the act. I can tell the difference. And it won't change my feelings about the church, it's the folks, not the teachings.

I don't bash any religion based on the actions of a few.

According to the affidavit, he later admitted to police that he had arranged the meeting with the teen through the "casual encounters" section of Craigslist. Paulish told investigators that he had asked the boy three times if he was over the age of 18, the affidavit said.

so the teen arranged it , conscious decision to show up.
