All September AOS and I-130 concurrent filers, lets track our cases and keep in touch via this forum...

Good luck.

Hope PD moves past September 8th 2013 sometime soon in future.

Sept 09 2013: I-130, I-485, I-765 and I-131 sent
Sept 11 2013: USCIS Chicago lockbox received package
Sept 17 2013: Checks cashed, Received text messages.
Sept 20 2013: Received I-797C in mail

09/16/2013 - Acceptance Confirmation text messages (4) and emails (4).

09/23/2013 - Four I-797C notice of action in mail.

09/23/2013 - I-130, I-765 and I-131 online status showing Initial Review. I-485 showing Acceptance.

09/26/2013 - I-797C for Biometrics notice. Appointment scheduled on 10/10

10/01/2013 - I-485 case status updated to RFE and the RFE notice mailed out.

10/08/2013 - RFE response mailed out.

10/10/2013 - I-485 case status changed to "RFE response review"

10/10/2013 - biometrics completed on scheduled date.

10/29/2013 - EAD card production ordered

11/07/2013 - Received combo card.

11/15/2013 - I-485 case status change to "Testing & Interview"

01/02/2014 - Received notice that interview is scheduled for Feb 3.

02/03/2014 - Interview went well. Now it is a waiting game as our dates are not current.

Waiting to receive atleast an I-130 approval

No. If you want to file concurrently (like they did), you have to wait until F2A becomes "current" again in the Visa Bulletin (but it's not gonna happen anytime soon). For now, you can only file i-1

My case changed to RFE response review.

From what I have seen is the case with August AOS filers, it took about a month for them to have any movement in their case since it moves to RFE response..... keeping fingers crossed...

11/25/2013 - NVC received the case

12/05/2013 - NVC assigned case number

05/22/2015- NVC case completed over the phone

06/01/2015- cc email confirmation

Interview 08-05-2015 7AM Port-au-Prince

06/06/15 Ceac in AP status :cry: (they ask me for joint sponsor)

10/02/15 Ceac changed from AP to Issued (after almost 2 month)

10/07/15 Passport with Visa oh hand :dancing:

10/18/15 Ready to enter in US JFK airport

Yes... as far as I observe majority of RFE's are proof of US citizenship for Sept filers as well.

thats what I got atleast.

Infact I'm yet to come across a Sept F2A filer who hasn't received this RFE..

That's what I thought. I wonder why people at USCIS are not aware of F2A being current for these months. I understand Aug was the first month and they might not have realized but common.. by september, you must come across one case and care to find out why F2A people are filling concurrently.

I am suspecting, they will do the same for me. so you just responded with a letter explaining the reason and copy of Sept 13 visa bulletin?
