8/20/13 MY CASE STATUS CHANGE TO "TESTING AND INTERVIEW"

9/7/13 EAD/AP APPROVED

Congrats on the aproval. Do you get work permit together with green card after the EAD/AP approval?

i did't have them in my hands,but i thing it will me together.

....nothing about interview date yet!???ClockWatch2.gif mad.gif 34 days after biometrics,28 after "testing & interview"

im getting crazy!!! Still waiting for appointment date!! ....50 days from "testing and interview"notice!! ...57days from biometrics!!! ......OMG HOW LONG I HAVE TO WAIT??????

From what I've seen on this website, it appears that the Atlanta office is busy. Does anybody know if the South Florida offices (Fort Lauderdale, Miami) are just as busy?

Recieved 13 June 2013 .

Notice recieved 22 June 2013.

Biometric done 16 July.

EAD approved 29 August.

I recieved it 3 September.

you have to call USCIS, ATLANTA shows the waiting time for interview is 4,8 months. so you are over limit!
