Damn RFE! Any advice?

Hello VJ!

We received our RFE on August the 29th.

I'm uploading the picture.

My fiance and i filled the forms G-325 but they request on the RFE the form G-325A from my fiance. (i guess that is a new form)
My question here is. I didn't filled the form G-325A either which is weird why they ask only the one of my fiance and not mine. Should i also send my G-325A form?

The other letter i already sent it with the initial package. Probably they lost it. Should i make something special in the letter?

Are you the beneficiary? You say you are sending things but you say you sent a letter that they lost (which is indicated as the beneficiary's). If you are the beneficiary, you are not sending anything...

Why did you fill out G-325?? "A" was always the correct one.

I would have both the petitioner and the beneficiary fill one out.

Redo the intent to marry letter and make sure it is original with original signature.

That would a great idea to send a G-325A for both of you. I forget to fill out the G-325A and I received a RFE asking me for a G-325A form for my fiance and I send one for myself and one for him. I was approved 12days later.. Oh and be sure to send passport pics for you and your fiance with the G-325A form if u didn't the 1st time!!

Sorry i didn't specified. I'm the beneficiary.

I sent my letter of intend to marry within the 90 days but they are requesting it again.

And they are asking also for my fiance's G325-A form (we didn't get wrong, it was the lawyers. And i already learn that lawyers are not needed if this page exist)

Oki, thanks for the advice!!! We both will send our G-325A form just in case.

Do you think they will be annoyed cause we are sending something that they didn't ask?

I am wondering if they could denied us for something they didn't ask on the RFE.

For example, if my fiance sent only what they requested "My letter to intend to marry and her G-325A form" and he didn't send mINE (which is not requested) will they denied?

I'm sorry for asquing this... i want to make sure

I can only answer that base on my experience! With that been said I was only asked for a G-325A for myself but I sent in one for me and one for my fiance and I was approved. Don't see why they would deny you. By the way Texas Service Center was the USCIS office that processed my paper work. Hope that helps

Since you are the beneficiary from what I gather, it clearly says on the RFE that the petitioner, your fiance, needs to submit the G-325A. You are not required to at this point.

The RFE also clearly states the intent to marry letter has to come from you

Wow thanks God I just saw this post. I checked my copy of the forms I sent on my I-129F and realized my preparer also filed G-325 instead of the G-325A. Should I send that before getting the same RFE?

I only wished I found this forum before I had a preparer fill everything for me. I realized I didn't include the intent to marry letters either. He told me that USCIS will ask me for everything I need, but never mention that I could avoid that RFE by sending all the basics. Now I'm preparing what I think they will ask me for in the RFE. I'm sure that's what I get instead of NOA2 aproval.

What i've seen is that they approve faster after an RFE.

And that ir doesn't affect in the interview.

I remember another VJer sent G325 as well and got an RFE for that. The forms are almost exactly same or identical. People should read carefully before filled it out.

As you stated, you don't need a lawyer when you have a tons advises here and greatly happy to help you out. Someone suggested my fiance use a lawyer to ensemble our I-129F package and I highly refused it. So you are in right path on VJ! good luck!
