Omg! I just randomly checked the CEAC website to see if my fiance's visa status may have changed and lo and behold it states a new creation date of Sept. 4,2013 and updated status date of Sept. 4,2013!!! Also, It has finally changed from IV to Non Immigrant Visa!! Finally! We are sooo happy to be reunited very soon as the visa is on its way! To all waiting, yours is coming as well!

Thank you to everyone! I must say that Jamaica10 was right, once you take your mind off of it, it comes out of nowhere! I made a decision on Tuesday of this week not to call DOS until next week instead of every few days *somewhat of a stalker maybe lol* and I also have been busy so I haven't been checking the CEAC website so I am happy that I listened to the advise of others on here to keep myself entertained with other things and it def. helped and worked.

And @ JSC and GOM it happened exactly how I was told by someone else so now you what to expect once your fiance's visa is en route to being issued by the embassy.

Yea our case was changed to non-immigrant on Aug 28th. I am hoping for some good news within a week or so
