So my brother is my co-sponsor and he will provide his pay stubs, w2, bank letter, and employer letter is this enough?

What information should the bank letter consist of?

And does it have to be addressed to the U.S. Embassy London with the address?

Also on I-134 number 11. What do you guys suggest he write if he will help with anything I can't cover. But in reality with my new job I can without him helping me it's just the past two years don't make the mark...

He will live with me and I will provide shelter, food, and $. Should I put that there on my form number 11. or let my brother put that stuff since he is the cosponsor?

Does the assets part apply to me or my brother?

Why not self sponsor.

Why not self sponsor.

Because I just started working again in July full time so my past wages are not good b/c I was not permanently working. I was between jobs, I was on and off b/c of school. So this is why I need a co-sponsor. I have not made enough in the poverty guideline for the past years because of this I will ask my brother for co-sponsoring just in case.

Would you know or suggest anything for my other questions?

Thank you smile.png

I'm not sure why you need the bank letter.

Is your brother sponsoring you with his salary or his assets?

If salary you just need (for London) his pay stubs and a letter from his employer stating his position and salary, or his tax return.

He only needs bank info if he's using assets (and you only need to show assets if the salary is not enough).

At the interview re: I-134 the officer evaluated my current job paystubs and a letter from employer with my current salary. I recently finished school and only had 4 months of work on my last tax year.

I also submitted a bank letter, etc as required per the I-134 guidelines...

I thought about a co-sponsor, but felt as if my current salary documentation would prove my income sufficiently, and i was correct.

I did similar. My fiance was in school for the past couple of years, and didn't need to file taxes for that time as he didn't have much income.

I took an employment letter and a few months of payslips. That's all. Proving current income was enough, they didn't even mention past income.

He will also need to show he is a US resident or citizen (birth cert, passport).

If your brother makes enough income, no need to list assets at all.

He is a Naturalized U.S. Citizen so what will he show his U.S. Citizen certificate or copy of page where his passport picture and all his information is? Thank you! :)

Thank you for responding... :) I will show my information plus my brothers information to back me up just in case. I really don't want to take any risk. My brother is presenting his W2's, pay stubs, employment letter, and bank letter.

Well the bank letter is already made so having it would not be a problem. With his salary he makes double the amount on the poverty guideline. Guess I thought it was mandatory but it will be extra for them I guess.. :)

He is not showing his tax returns but his employment letter, W2's, and pay stubs... plus bank letter smile.png so I'm guessing this is more than enough?

Thanks for answering.

I would think just the bio page of his US passport., OR a copy of the naturalisation cert should be enough.

I-134

Number 3. I assume this is okay an correct?

My Fiance's name goes there and relationship to my brother (co-sponsor) would be where it says "relationship to sponsor" - future brother in law- can he put this there would this be correct and of course I would put Fiancee on my form.

And since my brother's income doubles the poverty guideline I assume it is not necessary to add life insurance which they use as savings or property or savings acount amount.

~Would I the U.S. Citizen Fiancee put my annual income with my new job (on what it will be after this year) but I haven't filed this years taxes yet of course or I have to use the amount earned last year and just show proof of my current job? Where it ask for and annual income...

Number 10. Would this be my Fiance's name? Or this is asking in addition to him have I applied for someone else?

I have submitted a visa petition to U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services on behalf of the following person:

Number 11. I'm confused I'm not sure if I the U.S. Fiancee should put what I intend to contribute or not since I am using my bro as a co-sponsor.

I've stated I am now working and have full time job and can contribute to his expenses my brother would be providing anything extra or additional help if needed just not sure how my brother and I would word that in our forms.

Can you please advise. I will be filling out these today & mailing them out on Tuesday.

Thanks Fellow VJs

You may want to post the actual wording of the questions, as not everyone will have the form in front of them to look.
