Hi Tubiki! Congratulations I just wanna ask if your i 130 got approved in vermont or it also transferred in nebraska and approved in nebraska? if it was transferred in Nebraska when was it transferred? this way we will know if Nebraska is looking/approving f2a cases now thanks much much

Thank you Cat21! On my Transfer notice says August 9, 2013 transferred from Vermont to Nebraska. In my case it took about 1 month after transferring to NBC. Without sending any evidenvce. Does any body now how long it takes to get the invoice in the mail home?

wait NBC and Nebraska are two different USCIS offices so which one u got your approval is it in NBC or NEBRASKA?

ohhhhh my God! Im so happy at least somebody got approval from nebraska transferred from Vermont. Praise God!!! well you are f2a category no adjustment of status, living outside US and did not ask for congresmans help etc etc i hope I am right. cos if I am then they are looking on our papers..

You are absolutely right: no congress man, f2a category, outside the us. I explored already for the NVS process, and that looks very though. (I864, the new ds260 ds261) everything new, but I hope that will go fine. We will see!!! What is your pd cat21?

good! mine is OCTOBER 15 2012 I hope and pray to get noa2 without any problem,.. also waiting for october Visa bulletin regarding that ds260 ds261 not familiar but u can ask them u know the link that i posted people there are very very helpful and most of them will answer your questions.. funny the most busiest forum here. thank you for informing us that u got approval I am happy for you. let's be optimistic all the way... so help us God!
