Confusion o the Letter of Declaration of how we meet (merged)

Hello,

I have encountered some problem again. Didn't put date on the letter of intent beside my signature..Is it necessary or not since it has date already on the upper left portion?

The Date you put on the letter on the top is the assumed date that you signed it and is not necessary to have it next to your signature...lots of people do that but it is ok the way you did it.

You will be fine if no date near ur signature since u had date on the upper left portion of the letter...it won't complicate ur application.

Dear everyone!

I would like to as if most of you here just followed the format of letter of intent that they send of jus make your own Letter of intent? I mean, I was talking to the content or body of the letter. We didn't change anything and stick to what's given in there. Should we add something to it?

Here's what my husband wrote: "Dear Sir or Madam: I am legally able and willing to marry my fiancée, XXX, and intend to do so within 90 days of her arrival into the US using the K-1 visa. Yours faithfully, XXX"

Basically that is all you'll need. Same for the beneficiary.

Keep the same content. I'd change the word "using" to the words "with use of" for grammatical reasons.

The following are examples you can use for each of your letters. The addresses on the example form here on VJ are just a formality and not required in the letters.
