. Hi i called the nvc last nyt about my case the girl said your case was complete august 15 ... But i receive mail from nvc sent june 16 here is the letter.

I called the NVC last night august 16 about my case the girl told me it was case complete last august 15.. but no august 17 i received a mail from NVC please read:

Please review the information listed under each applicant's name and provide any documents which are indicated as missing or need additional information. You must submit the required information. Failure to provide the requested information will delay your immigrant visa interview.

Please read the enclosed information to determine where to send all required copies of missing documents. If you have any questions regarding this letter, please call the National Visa Center at (603) 334-0700 between the hours of 7:30am and midnight ET.

Please include a copy of this letter with your correspondence and write your case number clearly (exactly as it appears below) on the upper right-hand corner of all documents

Yes, Thats normal. Email confirmation generally takes around a week from the date when you find it through phone call.

Look at the spreadsheet that is published before your comment, try to find the date that your case was closed and see if anyone else has been scheduled, if you look back you can also begin to form a pattern. Rule of thumb is that if your case closes the first two weeks of the month you will be scheduled for the following month, else you will most likely be scheduled the following month, for early the month after that.

You should add yourself to the list as it helps to do this type of estimation.

See Lagos isn't the big bad wolf people think. People need to quit with all this bad news mess for Nigeria. You do your work cross your T's and dot your eyes and are Bonafide for real you get a Visa.

Hello VJ, I have question please and need your help. I'm a green card holder and i filed F2A for my wife and she is in Afghanistan. My case got completed from NVC last week. I just want to know that how long NVC will take to schedule interview. Your reply on this regard will be appreciated. Thanks! God bless.

I am sorry but you have me at a loss on F2A upgrades and all that. I hear they are current which means no waiting for a Visa #.

So as far as how long have no idea because I only know the time-frame roughly when they upgrade from F2A to CR1/IR1. Which is a month or so.

Call NVC and ask for supervisor. The operator who answers the phone won't know nothing of this.
