Hey friends,

Am I missing any form?

  • Petition for Alien Relative (USCIS Form I-130)
  • Application to Register Permanent Residence (USCIS Form I-485)
  • Biographic Information (USCIS Form G-325A)
  • Affidavit of Support (USCIS Form I-864)
  • Permission for Work Authorization (Optional) (USCIS Form I-765)
  • Medical Examination Results (USCIS Form I-693)
  • Request for Travel Documents (Optional) (USCIS Form I-131)
  • The appropriate supporting documents
  • The USCIS filing fees ($1,010 to $1,365).

Questions :

How much is the exact USCIS filing fees ? Does it has to be one check or separate checks?

Supporting docs : Does anyone has a list of all supporting documents?

My fiancee is in Pittsburgh. Should I send all this forms to Pittsburgh USCIS office and would I be getting interview call from this office?

Thanks.

What visa are you adjusting from? And you say you have a fiancee and not a spouse, so I am a bit confused by your situation.

I can tell you the fee for the I-130 is $420 and the fee for the I-485 is $1070.

Filing location is Chicago> http://www.uscis.gov/portal/site/uscis/menuitem.5af9bb95919f35e66f614176543f6d1a/?vgnextoid=eb7b5cdc2c463110VgnVCM1000004718190aRCRD&vgnextchannel=fe529c7755cb9010VgnVCM10000045f3d6a1RCRD

what basis did you enter the USA on ?

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !
Ya know, you can find the answer to your question with the advanced search tool, when using a PC? Ditch the handphone, come back later on a PC, and try again.
