Haven't seen this reported elsewhere. But quite frankly, I find this disturbing, consdiering what we had to go through collectively to be here legally!

that's easy - form a corporation with a minority as the CEO,

then go out for competitive bid for 'the stuff' the slush fund is tagged to handle.

Now, this requires some work and effort, so if'n yer not up for it, don't expect anything.
