This a transfer to tsc . A lot of people have had the same situation as yours . The transfers all started on the 6th and have continued. At this point all you can do is site and wait. If you want more info read the first page of this thread plenty info there about the transfer and why they have occurred. This can be a good thing it means at least you may get your noa2 in a few months or less.

July 09, 2013------------- Filed for I-129F (using USPS mail)

July 12, 2013------------- Status is delivered- acceptance

July 17, 2013------------- Status is regarding reciept number and routed at vermont service center.

July 22, 2013------------- Status regarding alien registration number was change..

July 23, 2003------------- NOA1 hardcopy recieve in the mail.

August 06, 2013----------- Status regarding transferred to a new service center.

August 10, 2013----------- NOAT hardcopy recieved by mail it indicate transfer to texas.

August 23, 2013----------- Status regarding I-129f is APPROVED!!!

August 30, 2013----------- NOA2 Hardcopy recieved by mail.

August 30, 2013----------- Status regarding that they shipped the approved or re-affirmed case to the department of state for visa processing.

September 09, 2013-------- My fiance called nvc hotline today sept 12, 213 at 12 mdnight here. and sept 11, 2013 at 12 nn in usa.. then

finally got our mcn.. the lady said it was recieved by nvc sept 09..

September 16, 2013-------- NVC LETTER recieved by mail.

October 7, 2013------------ medical

October 09, 2013----------- medical passed ( k1 and k2 )

October 18, 2013-----------instruction letter from usem recieved

October 23, 2013-----------Interview approved BUT GOT 221G- CENOMAR REVERIFICATION.

NOV 14, 2013 MY VISA ISSUED

NOV 21 2013 MY DAUGHTER VISA ISSUED

November 25, 2013 VISA ON HAND FINALLY

November 26, 2013 done CFO

OATH TAKING = september 18, 2018 in springfield armory, massachusetts officer gave me the oath schedule right after the interview. he told me to wait outside and sit and wait for the paper for the sched interview.
FIELD OFFICE= The Whitcomb Building in Springfield MA.( was under lawrence, massachusetts field office)
The officer who interviewed me told that they do 2x a month interview at The whitcomb building in springfield Ma but they are from laurence , MA field office.
 

GC-Date: The 'Resident Since' Date located on your first green card
Sent: Date N-400 was mailed to USCIS
Cashd: Date your check was cashed / credit card was charged by USCIS
NOA: Receipt Notice Date Printed on your official I-797 notification
Fprints: Date assigned for fingerprinting (Bio-metrics)
In Line: Date you received e-notification about the start of your interview shceduling
Int Ltr: Date you received the official letter in the mail regarding interview
Interview: Date of your interview
Oath: Date Oath taken

Field Office: Your local USCIS office where you will have the N-400 interview

And secondly, if you didn't get a notice of transfer, don't panic. California filers don't seem to get das boot (yet.), and not everyone gets sent, or sent in the same batch even.

Keep calm and carry on my friends.

And to the OP, thanks for starting this thread. We'll have to see if a mod can sticky it or keep bumping it up...cause this does seem to come up a lot lately...

MY F JUST FILED JULY 9, 2013, IT WAS ON ACCEPTANCE BY JULY 12, 2013.. THEN WE GOT NOA1 HARDCOPY NOTICE DATE IS JULY 16, 2013..THEN JULY 22, 2013 ALIEN REGISTRATION NUMBER WAS CHANGE. WHEN I CHECK MY CASE STATUS AUGUST 7, 2013( YESTERDAY) I SAW THE MESSAGE WAS CHANGE BUT STILL UNDER INTIAL REVIEW. WHAT IS THE MEANING OF THIS? NOA2 SOON??

"On August 6, 2013, we transferred your I129F, PETITION FOR FIANCE(E), to your local USCIS Office for further processing. The new office has jurisdiction over your case and will send you a decision as soon as processing is complete or you will be notified if further information or action is needed."

PLEASE let me know when you for sure know the answer to this. I am exactly with you on my time line and I want to know what this "local office" transfer is!

Never mind. Although my "local office" would be the DC field office, my letter said it was sent to the Texas service center. So I will wait.....

Hi everyone. Just checking in August 8th xfer date to TSC and NOTHING. Imagine my frustration when I see a case with NOA1 of 8/10/13 with an approval yesterday! Congrats to the couple but it is quite disheartening. On top of which VSC seems to be spending up and working June cases.

I have not seen this message before but perhaps they are doing background checks prior to interview. Did you receive a hard copy in the mail of your NOA2? If you read the bottom and back it states they can run these security checks anytime before during and post interview. Hoping some other folks will come along to help answer.

I should clarify I have not seen this message after someone receives an approval. It's the same message most of had before we were approved. I have not seen someone get approved and then have the status revert back. It could be a computer glitch. Did you try call USCIS directly to ask?
