Hi everyone . Im scared and worried its been 90 days since we had our interview which went bad the first time because we had forgotten a paper but thankfully they told us to come back with the missing info and that everything would be fine. We came back 1 week later and they told us everything was fine that our case was approved and that we should be getting my husbands green card soon from 30 to 90 days he also gave us a paper saying congratulations your case was approved. The 90 days are up this week and unfortunately we have not received anything and there is no change status on the uscis web. Its still stuck on the interview. Anyone else going thru this? Any advice would be nice.

That sounds pretty bad that there has been no update. I think it makes sense at this point to make an InfoPass appointment to inquire what's going on.

Going through the same thing... Took back the RFE to the immigration officer. He said he would have to get the file back and then process it for us. It's been 2 weeks and nothing. He said to expect the green card by end of July. I would be going crazy if I waited 90 days. Please let me know how it works out for you.
