The system continues to be broken. People approved June 13 still have their files sitting at TSC. The backlog will continue. There is one option. As we did before, maybe it is time to complain to Ombudsman. If they receive a mass mailing, maybe someone will look into the problem. What do you guys think??????

Have completed the ombudsman form - will contact my congressman at the 10 business day mark (ugh, I hate waiting)

the more TSC complaints to the ombudsman and congressman can annoy them enough to fix the problem!

We received our NOA2 yesterday, I have my fingers crossed they'll work out this issue with forwarding to NVC. Is there a chance they're waiting on a large batch to be done before forwarding? We were in the second group of files moved to TSC.

10/23/13 - DoS says our case is still "processing" and not "qualified" (interview ready) and to do newest forms.
11/05/13 - CEAC Update. DoS says case is "eligible for interview" and we're waiting on next interview date.

Oh Jeez...I just got our NOA2 this evening from texas after being transferred from Vermont...I really hope this next step to the NVC is going to be fast and smooth...Why is there a delay ? Has anyone gotten a number yet from the June 21st transfer ? Let's hope they get it together and ship those things off faster now

The first batch of transfers still have not been sent to NVC yet. Some of these cases were approved over 4 weeks ago and are still stranded at TSC.

NOA2: June 13

Some from the first batch have been sent to NVC, but not received yet. I got a case status update from USCIS at 3:15am this morning:

On July 10, 2013, we shipped this approved or re-affirmed case to the Department of State for visa processing. For more information, please contact them directly.

Others got the same starting on Monday.

--

Also, I had an info pass appointment yesterday and my case was sent from TSC back to Vermont. Then, from Vermont back to Texas. Now it is finally in transit to NVC. They told me it looks like TSC didn't something wrong since they had to send back to VSC. I think that is what the delay is. My Senator emailed me today and confirmed that my case is in-transit to NVC as of yesterday.

I've waited 4 weeks now, so hang in there. Hopefully they have this figured out and it will start moving faster for those approved later.

ohh guys

we got NOA-2 on june 17 and NVC do not receive it yet!! it is almost one month passed.

and on July 12 we received a message about post decision activity with our case

we called to the USCIS and talked to two different guys who were very nice and tried to help but didnt have any idea what is happening with our case.

so we think that Texas sent our case back to vermont instead of sending it right to NVC and only now Vermont sent it to NVC. So it seems we have to wait again, about 2 weeks more at least sad.png
