hey guys i just got text and Email alerts that I-485 has been updated to tasting and interview. by the way my original biomitrics appointment is tomorrow so diffinltyl it made a diffrence.

Wow Sahara24 this is good news! Our timelines are only 7 days apart. I was updated to testing and interview 6 days ago but haven't received any updates as to the interview date yet. Keep us posted!

Day 1: 07/03/2013 USPS package delivery receipt online

Day 9: 07/11/2103 Received NOA1 texts and email confirmations from G-1145 AOS package cover page

Day 10: 07/12/2013 Received I-797C hardcopy NOA1's in the mail for all forms submitted

Day 14: 07/16/2013 Received Biometrics appt. Notice for 08/01/2013 appointment

Day 30: 08/01/2013 Biometrics completed

Day 36: 08/07/2013 Received text and email alerts that I-485 has been updated to testing and interview. Awaiting hard copy appointment notice.

Day 63: 09/03/2013 Received text and email alerts that I-765 (EAD) is in card production, and that I-131 has been approved and a letter mailed to that extent

Day 66: 09/06/2013 Received 2nd text and email alerts for I-765 card production (a duplicate of the first?)

Day 69: 09/09/2013 Received 3rd text and email alerts for I-765 card production: card in the mail (no tracking number given)

Day 71: 09/11/2013 Received USPS delivered envelope with EAD combo card also serves as "I-512 Advance Parole" in the mail.

July 25,2013--USCIS received my AOS packaet

July 31, 2013-Email/text notication from USCIS

August 1, 2013- Check encashed

August 5, 2013-Received NOA1's in the mail.

August 9,2013- Received my Biometric Appointment Notice in the mail.dancin5hr.gif

August 15, 2013. Done with my biometric..(walk-in in Local USCIS in Philadelphia)

October 2, 2013- Approved EAD and AP.
October 13, 2013-Recevied my Combo Card( EAD and AP) through mail.

November 14, 2013- Received a Letter of Potential Waiver Interview in the mail.

January 14, 2014- Approved Green Card date. Anniversary date of my 2-year Green Card.

January 23, 2014- Received my green card in the mailbox.

Reminder:

I have to apply for ROC of my 2 year green card within October 20, 2015 to December 2015.

Got my appointment letter today! It's only 5 days until the appointment! So good!

7/23/13 - USCIS received my application
7/29/13 - Received emails and texts
8/2/13 - Received NOAs in the mail

8/14/13 - Received appt date for 8/19/13 in the mail

I tried biometric walkin twice and failed. I wont be able to go on my scheduled date, so tried going before the appoinment date. But the person at ASC asked me to go after the appoinment date if I cant go on the date.

So I am getting my biometrics appoiment rescheduled :(

Walk-in Biometric today in Local USCIS office in Philadelphia. I was done within 15 minutes..Staff are friendly.

July 25,2013--USCIS received my AOS packaet

July 31, 2013-Email/text notication from USCIS

August 1, 2013- Check encashed

August 5, 2013-Received NOA1's in the mail.

I woke up today with a text saying that they have mailed out an interview date today. My interview date is September 16, I was surprised and happy at the dame time hope you got yours too.

No news yet. Hopefully today or tomorrow - all things in their time God willing. Your early biometric must really have helped, perhaps I'll hear in the next two days, as your biometrics was complete two days before mine. Congrats on the interview!

Did you file for EAD/AP? (I-765, I-131)? Any news there?

I did but it hasn't change initial review for both. by looking at people time line some of them they have the testing and interview then the AP and EAD approved. So I hope by next week I hear something about it. Hope you will get yours soon.
