That rain must have done a good job washing. The sidewalk, Martin's hands, sleeves, and whatever else would have come in contact with Zimmermann's bleeding face and skull during the intense altercation where Martin allegedly covered Zimmermann's mouth and nose to the point that Zimmermann felt he was suffocating. All that and not a drop of blood on the alleged assailant. The rain. Magic rain perhaps. It's close enough to Orlando where magic happens every day, eh?

Maybe all the wounds on GZ head were put on by one of those fake Mass Cal make up artist people and this whole thing is a KKK conspiracy to cover up the lynching of a black kid.

Water runs downhill, as does blood. If you are laying on your back the blood would flow back into the sinuses not out the front.

The blood on the mouth in zimmermans bloody picture is directly under the nose so good chance it is the blood from the nose.

That blood would have been running into the sinus while zimmerman in the supine position.

After he shoots the guy and sits up or stands up the blood would then flow out the front and cover the face in blood, but too late

to make it onto Trayvons hands.

What I don't get is that supposedly TM has beat the dog s#it out of him all fight, TM see's a gun and goes for it with one hand?

TM has overpowered him all night and suddenly can't reach the gun?

I think if at any point this is where TM really uses his strength but apparently GZ is suddenly a superhero.

I'd add, this is when TM supposedly says "you're gonna die tonight MFer" so at every turn TM does the villain telegraph dialog move...convenient scripting by the screenwriter.

I don't necessarily buy that Trayvon was reaching for the gun or that he said " youre going to die tonight".

For both of those we only have Georges word for it.

Once you accept that he lied about where it happened to make himself look better

It is reasonable to discount his testimony that is not backed up by evidence.

So if we throw out Trayvon reaching for the gun and saying I'm going to kill you, we are still left with

Trayvon beating him and Zimmerman screaming bloody murder, the guy was scared

for someone who says it was trayvon screaming, I say if you hear something outside your window that sounds like a horse, it is most likely

Where were TM's hands just before he reached for the gun? You said both of George's arms were free so TM had to have his hands somewhere on GZ in order to pin him to the ground. He may have continued to use one arm/hand to hold GZ down while using the other hand to attempt to grab the gun and GZ pinched this hand under his right arm? I'm just throwing out the first thing that comes to mind-not to defend GZ but just as an explanation.

Yes, and just maybe GZ is now not letting him get up.

I say accidental discharge in the heat of the moment. If you were that scared and had you gun out after you shot him why get on him now?

I say the gun possibly goes off and he doesn't know he'####### TM right at that moment.

Who knows what really happened, but GZ's story has some holes. And not just small ones. The 50 foot distance from the T, not remembering he had a gun, pinching the arm and getting the gun out, suffocating yet being able to scream?

How about this, at the beginning GZ is the screamer and at the end TM is the yelling for help?

The jury will have to decide because I doubt will have those questions answered, just the questions raised.

Whether that makes him guilty of manslaughter is up for grabs based on the rest of the trial. I believe 2nd degree murder is out at this point, but who knows.

What everyone should keep in mind is that the forensic evidence you are seeing now they HAD for two months during which they refused to press charges. When "Dee Dee" came forward with her story(s) is when they charged him with a crime. I know it is hard to believe but this is still the prosecution phase. it is supposed to look bad for him 6 days into the prosecution phase.

What you are seeing now, they already had and decided it was not enough. Dee Dee was blown out/thrown out co-opted and impeached.

They will co-opt every witness just as they have done so far.

There never was a case to charge him. This is a puppet show. It is designed to minimize the risk of riots by racists. The TM family is hoping to pull off a "Ronald Goldman" and get a big civil settlement. They may get a settlement but before the criminal trial is over they will probably lose any opportunity to get an outright win, even in civil court. TM is not Ronald Goldman. GZ admits he killed him, they would have to prove with a preponderonce of evidence that it was WRONG to do so. Basically the same thing they cannot prove now but with a slightly lower standard.

GZ will get enough donations from this that he may just pay them off to go away. Sherrif Joe Arpaio will probably give him a job as a Deputy in Maricopa County, AZ or he will get his own reality TV show

Mr Big Dog thinks they are going to "discover" something they didn't already know before declining to charge GZ with a crime. The VJ forensic experts know something the Sanford forensic experts don't know. Yeah, right.

Everyone understands all this was already known, right? Dee Dee was interviewed and deposed, they knew she was unreliable and they still put her on the stand. You know that all evidence is shared, right? You know that the defense already knows what each witness is going to say, right?

The only people surprised by any of this are the ones that were reading racist blogs which said things like "the lead investigator said he should be charged with a crime" The lead investigator has testifend and never said that. They knew he was not going to say that.

So far I am surprised the prosecution has used these people as witnesses, but what else could they do? They were forced to charge him with a crime by racists.

Even the stupid blog posted by Steven..."the Question that will convict GZ" or whatever. Yeah, that question. Didn't happen. Way too many legitimate explanations as to why he would want to know where TM went.

It was 2 months from the time GZ had to defend himself until they charged him with a crime. You think they had not discussed the body position in 2 months? Do you recall that the police chief had to be dismissed and another prosecutor brought in because the ones that had already discussed the body position had declined to charge him?

Or do you think ALL these people hate black kids and decided to let a white guy walk away with murder? I mean what, exactly, do you have to believe in order to think there is a chance to convict him of any crime. I simply do not see where it is even possible. 6 jurors without reasonable doubt? You are already surrendering the 2nd degree murder and the defense has not even put on a witness? But you think 6 jurors will agree that there is no reasonable doubt and convict him of manslaughter?
