Yes because as many convicted felons can tell you, forensic evidence is not that easily removed.

Yeah. That's why every rookie cop knows to carefully bag hands to preserve that "not easily removed" evidence huh

Just making sure you're aware of the hypocrisy of making fun of something that you're guilty of yourself.

For sure but, I am using the evidence presented to back up my claims not wild speculation that is not even part of the trial, well because it's wild speculation.

I've had 20 guys claim they were gonna kill me...obviously humans like to say that a lot.

There would be only 10 million on the planet if everyone who claimed it went through with it.

Besides, a guy winning a fight handily doesn't usually say "I'm gonna kill you". Its usually the guy losing and he's got a reason right?

If the guy winning is really pissed, he may threaten the guy he is pummeling. And you're correct, people say I'm going to kill you quite frequently when they are mad. I usually take it as anger talking. But if they were choking me or smashing my head or punching me repeatedly while I was down, I may begin to wonder if they were serious.

forgive me if someone already did this, I had to go eat.

I looked up 1231 twin trees lane on google maps

the T is easy to see

I zoomed in all the way

the distance scale thing in the corner says 50 ft

I put a piece of paper next to it and folded it to match

Using the little white utility covers as points of reference

I measured and came up with 50ft from the side walk at the top of the T

to the place the body was found. Im satisfied with 50 ft.

You would think that the police or the prosecution would have measured the distance to use it against George.

If he dragged the body that far there should have been evidence of it on TM's clothes-grass stains, dirt.

maybe hat is the wet grazz sounds Dee Dee speaks of

And apparently he didn't bleed. At least not onto the sidewalk that he claims his head was being smashed against. Odd, ain't it? There was none of Zimmermann's blood on Martin's hands either which is odd seeing that Zimmermann's nose was bleeding and Martin allegedly tired to suffocate Zimmermann by covering his mouth and nose according to Zimmermann's accounts. That's absolutely impossible. Or are we saying that Zimmermann's nose started to bleed only after he killed Martin but that it was Martin that caused it to bleed? Or did Martin between getting shot and perishing make sure to clean his hands thoroughly to make sure Zimmermann would be convicted? Or maybe he cleaned hhis hands post mortem when he - also post mortem - pulled his hands under his chest. Ant way you look at this, Zimmermann's account is contrary to the evidence.

Maybe the rain washed the blood from the sidewalk. It probably wasn't a lot of blood.

skull bashing leaves blood on the ground.

where was the blood, in relation to TM's corpse? Maybe GZ decided to drag the body away?

There was no blood on the sidewalk that Zimmermann claimed his head was bashed into. No blood on the hands that he claimed covered his bloody mouth and nose either. Zimmermann is a bit of a biological wonder - he started bleeding only after he killed his alleged assailant. If you can believe that. Personally, I've got a bit of a problem with that.

Cuts all over his head? Exaggerating much? There were two minor lacerations that were so shallow that they did not even require any stitches. Nobody is denying the minor injuries Zimmermann had. Those are indeed documented. The question is, though, how Martin could have been holding that bloody nose and mouth with his hand - to the point where Zimmermann couldn't breathe and was in fear of suffocating while also screaming for help (also impossible) - without even the slightest drop of blood ending up on those hands. How he could slam that head onto the sidewalk without even a drop of blood being left behind. It's impossible.

That's not what I'm saying. I thought you were being serious...

My question was serious, how do you think he got the wounds?

That rain must have done a good job washing. The sidewalk, Martin's hands, sleeves, and whatever else would have come in contact with Zimmermann's bleeding face and skull during the intense altercation where Martin allegedly covered Zimmermann's mouth and nose to the point that Zimmermann felt he was suffocating. All that and not a drop of blood on the alleged assailant. The rain. Magic rain perhaps. It's close enough to Orlando where magic happens every day, eh?

He may have taken one on the nose. He may have fallen and banged his head. What do I know?

What I do know is that there's a 30 to 50 feet gap between Zimmermann's account of events and Martin's dead body. That's a pretty big gap. That gap clearly suggests that he was not attacked by Martin the way he says he was. And then there's the issue of the head wounds not matching the account of having his head bashed into the sidewalk to the point where he felt he'd pass out. And then there's the suffocation that - given the bloody nose - would have to leave traces of Zimmermann's blood on Martin's hands ad/or sleeves. None there. Makes no sense.
