hi, i think today is my turn , yes!! , what's is happening to me today it' happened to summer777 and karlakelton !!!!!! i can not beleive it! , my case is complete since june 28 , i learned my case is complete over the phone call, 2 case complete emails from nvc: 1 on june 28 and other case complete email on july 8, when i have been calling nvc for almost 1 month since my case was complete to yesterday i was told always my case complete on june 28 waiting for an appointement ,

nvc have scheduled on june 11 and 12 some interveiws on my embassy , i have called them to find out if there is any interview on my case , i was told no interview for me jut need to wait ! ,

today when i checked my email ,i thought they scheduled an interview for me after 25 days( case complete) , to be surprised by checklit cover letter , dont undertand what they are talking about just the standard form of checklist and in the end: The NVC has received the information you submitted and placed it in your case file. You will be

contacted when your petition is sent to the U.S. Embassy or Consulate for further processing. what this mean? i hope im mistaken i think they just completed the case ? ,what' is going on with nvc? what they have been doing all th time ? , i got i-864 checklit a long time ago, and sent the correction ,and understood my case was complete , by different ways, what do i have to do now? , any advice? who do i have to contact or email ?

Its okay nothing to worry about. Read the letter again. It said they have added whatever you sent to your case file and will notify you when you get interview. It's okay.

They said June 28 its june 28th. You said you were checklistes did you saend in something ese? an expedite request or something? Whatever it is its added with your casefile. So no worries.

Here I am. Did they give you a new date? The day you got the email is not your case complete. The email always comes about 7 days later. So the June 28 stands. Remember we had 4th of july so it came 7 days later the email. So no worries.

Hi everybody,

Two hours ago I have received my case complete email. I called yesterday they told me no interview date yet. And about the checklist i received on Saturday ... they told me not to pay attention to it.

So I continue waiting and praying and believing that there are still available slots for interview in August.

God bless all of us here and give us a lot of happiness last days of July

Just in case this hasn't been mentioned and anyone was wondering - when I called the NVC on Monday they informed me London interviews were complete for August.

Who do you call to find out if there are more interview slots, the DOS or the embassy?

Congratulations to everyone who have received their visas and interview dates!

As of right now, we only have to submit our AOS and our civil documents. We are waiting to be entered into the online submission program and are filing from Canada. Even if we are able to submit our documents by next week, August is probably not possible right for an interview in Montreal? Most likely in October or November - does that sound about right?

No one from the board were given August interviews in Montreal so they're waiting on September interviews. You're correct that you most likely would be October.

Oh no I was really hoping for all you June case completes to get August interviews. I'm sorry that you didn't. Considering that people a week ahead of you got July interviews, what happened to Canada this month
