We've waited six months to see this:

On June 13, 2013, we mailed you a notice that we have approved this I129F PETITION FOR FIANCE(E).

I was told yesterday by my senator and congressman offices that I was approved, but it just updated on the web site and I got an email!

Finally some movement for the cases that were transferred from VSC to TSC!

Now time to wait for NVC to assign our MNL#

My NOA-1 is also 12/17 so I should expect something soon

Hey there Kari81 :).. Oh my gosh, we have the same NOA date :) . Idk why.. but I have a feeling within the next week we will be getting our approvals.. seems like we are all assigned an adjudicator... :) Lets keep our hopes up.. ! idea9dv.gif

March 27- AOS package sent to Chicago Lockbox ( I-130, I-485, I-765)

March 28 - Package received at USCIS.

April 1- NOA1

April 2 - Email and text notification with Receipt Numbers.

April 2 - Checks cashed in

April 10 - Hardcopy of NOA1 for all three applications.

April 11 - Received biometrics appointment letter for 04/29/2014

April 15 - Completed Walk in Biometrics appointment successfully. (Original Appointment was for 29th April)

July 10- Potential Interview Waiver

wohooo..congrats! did your senator help you or it just happened? am excited to hear about you coz am also tranfered vsc to tsc

I don't know if they helped or not, but I think it is worth asking them to inquire about your case. Ask them to inquire if you case has been assigned to an adjudicator.

[June 25th 2012] Met in Person in London!
[August 2012] Steve visits me again in the Uk for our second meeting for just one weekend! [March 6th 2014] AoS Interview - Passed
[september 2012] My first trip to America to visit the love of my life
[November 2012] I travel to America for my first ever thanksgiving with Steves family!
[December 2012] Steve comes to the Uk to spend xmas with my family!
