Hello ,

I came to the US on F1 visa and i got married right away and i filled the forms I-130 and I-485 and I-765 concurrently .
I-130 has been accepted and i will get the I-797 within 10 days but for I-485 (Adjust Status) my case status says :

your fingerprint fee was accepted and we have mailed you a notice describing how we will process your case. Please follow any instructions on this notice. Your case is being processed at our NATIONAL BENEFITS CENTER location. You will be notified by mail when a decision is made, or if the office needs something from you.

I didn't go to the univ at all !!

My question is :

Am i now eligible to adjust status to a permanent resident ?

Agree with Aaron. Immigration fraud is a serious offense. You could be deported and banned from the US for life. I hope you have a better explaination for your disregard of ALL proper procedures. Our loved ones suffer because of your ignorance.

Bragging on this site about your fraud is not suggested and you will receive no help continuing to defraud.

If your intentions were to marry, you should had filed for K1.

You have abused the F1.

There is no question if your marriage is real or not but you filed for wrong visa from your home country and you knew what you were doing.

You were just trying to cheat the system.

Why did you not file for K1?

You have a protected status with the adjustment pending.

Acceptance of your documents right now does not mean you will get a green card.

You lied to get your student visa. You immediately abused it by never going to school and immediately marrying and adjusting your status. You committed fraud.

The fraud will affect your case.

The US can deny you a green card and deport you for committing immigration fraud.

-----

You are eligible to apply to adjust your status base in marriage to a US citizen.

Whether you get a green card will be determined by USCIS. If it is determined that you committed fraud with the F-1 student visa to enter the US, you will be denied a green card and be deported.

+1

yes your marriage is real, etc etc.

i will answer your question, aaron2020 is right, i was going to say similar, whether or not u are able to adjust status depends on the uscis official who reviews your case, your chances of getting approved is low, you didnt even school in the first place, i dont know who u are going to convince uscis u didnt plan to marry when going to the US, i read some where for those who try to adjust status, uscis checks who how long the person marries after entering the country and if its more than 3months, its like the person decided to while here, but yours was right away, almost anyone who reviews your case would say u had the intention to adjust status before entering.

now u can imagine and ask yourself, if u get deported and banned from the US, will your husband come and live with your in your home country, or he will divorce you. then ask if it was worth it or not ...i dont wish for the worst for u so i'd say goodluck and wish u the best.

Possible misrep charge?

People like you are the reason why my husband, who is from Jordan, had such a difficult time getting his visa. We did things the legal way and suffered a long AP because of dumbazzes like you who lie and cheat the system...disgusting.

I hope you are deported and banned for life....
