The same people that wish to revoke your 2nd amendment rights are revoking your 1st and 4th amendment rights. But possibly, since there were no telephones when the Bill of Rights was written back in the 18th century, maybe those rights apply only to newspapers and town criers? Our founding fathers could never have anticipated telephones and internet

Republicans hate liberty and love spying on people. It's why they voted overwhelmingly not only for the initial legislation but also for the renewal of this Bush era legislation. Obama should have vetoed it.

Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act

Yeas:

Republican: 227

Democrats: 74

Nays:

Republican: 7

Democrats: 111

In the Senate, there were only 2 Republicans voting no on this legislation while 21 Democrats voted no.

No surprise, we know that Republicans hate liberty.

Poor Gary hasn't been fairing to well with facts lately. Good golly, it even states that this is a Bush admin policy in the very first paragraph of the story he linked. Sucking off the gov't teet must be rotting his brain.

The Obama administration is collecting the telephone records of millions of U.S.-based Verizon Communications Inc. (VZ) customers, relying on a secret court order obtained under a Bush administration policy that sparked a national controversy, the Guardian newspaper reported.

I think he's trying but just can't muster it anymore. It's what the gubmint teat does to you. You all take that as a warning.

I wonder if he's gained a lot of weight too, with living off potato chips and slurpees.

He'd be the perfect match for a CABA woman if that's the case.

I enjoy the format lately. Conservative post, liberal reply debunking conservative post, then discuss Gary. dancin5hr.gif

When the original post claims the exact opposite of the article used support it, there really isn't much left than to wonder about the state of the poster who continues to do this.
