Hi ,, I proved to them my circumstances as why I can not go within those 2 years.. I proved my trip 2 and half years ago, also proved my mom was with me I included her boarding pass and passport stamp also a letter from her that she was with me and she said that our culture as muslims cann't visit a man and stay with if we are not married, I also included that I cannt leave my work and that I am supporting my 2 kids and I have one kid that has ADHD and is on medication(send pic of his medicine and script that shows what that med for ) and that he need daily care from me.. I also included all chat logs, messages, phone calls, money transfer, online cam shots together..pics of gift he sent me along with post office receipt ..Basically I put everything I have and could help them verify the relation ,,I know i was on high level of denial,,but when god wants to make it easy it happens,, All i could say for everyone do not lose hopw ,try to the last breath and you never know .Everyone here who read about me told me i will be denied and here we are approved ,,thanks to god and all who helped with their prayers to us and we pray to all of you..

Thank you best luck from the bottom of our heart to you all,, we know the feeling of the painful wait..just hang on out there..smile.png

Ok...forgive my confusion...

1. Are you saying that you did not meet your fiance at all...or that you have met once and have not been able to return?

2. My next question is...If I have met at least one time, file my I-129 is that enough or is the requirement to make a second meeting after the initial filing making it 2 meetings total?

The warmth of true friendship and the love that binds the hearts of husband and wife are a foretaste of heaven. God has ordained that there should be perfect love and perfect harmony between those who enter into the marriage relation. Let bride and bridegroom in the presence of the heavenly universe pledge themselves to love one another as God has ordained they should. {LYL}

I wish you all the best on the rest of your journey, Da & Ra. Some barriers may be difficult to overcome, but not impossible. I hope that, just like the USCIS did, the CO will see you as the couple you are and grant him the visa even if there had been a previous overstay in his past.

Good luck!

Thanks alot,, I hope everything goes easy with his intreview and he gets the visa with no problems.. We are just concerned about the waiver for his overstay but i hope that wont affect the proccess..

Best luck to you too!

Its ok.. I only met him 2 and half years ago and we became freinds and got in love and very close by time but i submited the hardship waiver for my situation and they approved my I-129f.

You have to meet your fiance within 2 years prior to filling your I-129f , if you met him within that period you dont have to met again, they just require you to meet at least once and to prove the meeting in evidence such as pictures together, airplane ticket, boarding pass, stamps on your passport things that can prove that you are in a continuose relation such as chat logs, phone calls, text messages, money transfer and so on ..basically everything you can have ..

Hope that helps..

Thank you

Good Luck
