Intent to Marry Letters - RFE

Hello again!

We received the RFE today and it says that we forgot to put the Intent to Marry letters.

What should these letters include?

DO THESE LETTERS NEED TO BE NOTARIZED?

All opinions and suggestions are greatly appreciated.

They do not need to be notarized but need to have original ink signatures from the petitioner and Beneficiary.

Please reread post #2 where Inky says they MUST have original inked signatures which means no copies.

Use blue ink for signatures and yes, they need the originals... they do not accept copies. I got an RFE for intent to marry even though I sent in original signed documents to begin with, am assuming they thought it was copies because it was signed with black ink... so I suggest BLUE ink for signature to remove all doubt.
