USTRAVELDOCS.COM - Not working properly?

I am trying to register my wife on that website but it doesn't look like it's funtioning properly. Can anyone help with what they did on that website?

I have tried using both firefox and internet explorer but that website is just a big pile of junk.

7/24/2012 - I-130 sent to Chicago lockbox
7/27/2012 - NOA1 via text/email - Case forwarded to VSC.
8/01/2012 - NOA1 received in mail
3/06/2013 - NOA2 received text

3/18/2013 - NVC received case (no case # yet)
4/01/2013 - NVC Case# & IIN number received
4/01/2013 - DS-3032 Generated
4/01/2013 - DS-3032 Sent (via email)
4/01/2013 - AOS fee invoiced
4/01/2013 - AOS fee paid (but shows "in process")

What I did is link onto ustraveldocs for India with http://www.ustraveldocs.com/in/

Next, hit the login button and create your login ID. Then from there, you'll have to set up your profile with passport ID and other personal information, embassy where you'll interview, etc. For K-1/fiance visas, you set your own appointments. For marriage/immigration visas, the appointments are set by the NVC so you don't need to set up anything with that. Next, VERY important, you'll need to hit the tab for IV Address Registration, to set up a location for your passport/visa to be mailed after approval- you'll need to print a confirmation page (pdf) and take it with you to your interview. If you have further troubles with the website, I would call the ustraveldocs tele # 91 201 6602222 or 91 2267209400 (inside India) or from U.S. 1-310-616-5424. They should be able to help you with questions.

I am not able to hit the IV Registration page, it keeps asking me to first schedule the appointment. Any ideas?

We are in the same situation as you. When I click the IV Registration, it makes the interview location Mumbai when it should be Delhi. I tried to contact the USTraveldocs people and they were of no help.

Thanks for that. The gentleman looked up my information and confirmed that I had already chosen a pickup location of Jalandhar. I asked him if I had to print anything from the website and bring to the interview, and he told me to "read the directions". He wasn't very helpful.

Did you print anything? Do we have to take anything to the interview from the Ustraveldoc website? I know i'll be taking the copies of everything submitted to the NVC, USCIS, original Medical and PCC, Interview letter

I called again today and the lady was much more helpful. I was unable to print the document because the information was already submitted. She gave me her Info and the confirmation ID for the registration. She told me to just provide the Confirmation ID number at the time of interview.
