I've been waiting since Sept 9, 2013. 15 biz days as of yesterday. I called them and they said i should be a little bit more patient they will get back soon.

I'm hoping for Monday before Oct 1st with likelihood of fed. govt. shut down.

For Part 5. Sponsor's Household Size. If I am sponsoring my spouse (primary applicant), do I still need to put her (1) in line item 3 (If you are currently married, enter "1" for your spouse)?

Also, i've been calling NVC since morning and i've been getting busy tone.

Same page right here, submitted mine last sept 9 as well and still nothing... Ive emailed NVC about it but I know it will take them weeks to respond to it but Im still taking my chances...

Its all a wait game....so gotta stay strong and once you submit anything, just forget about it for atleast 10 days and this will make it going through the process a bit easier. Otherwise, thinking about it everyday will drive all of us crazy!!!

Just got off the phone with NVC and the lady confirmed they are not affected by the fed. govt partial shut down in anyway. She also confirmed that we might have to wait for more weeks to get any information from them.
