My Experience with Military Expedite

Hi all,

I (we) have just been approved our K1 visa. I submitted everything at the start of November, and was eligible for an appointment as early as March.

I did not submit any orders. I attached a letter from my Unit Deployment Manager stating that I was in my bucket to deploy, and I cited the AFI reference (Air Force). I worded that there was a 'high probability' of deployment.

That seemed to work for us. Most November filers haven't even recieved an NOA2 yet.

Get letter on official letterhead, stamped signed - every thing you can to make it official. make copies and send request for expedite service to your congressman and Senator. Use every option you have. I have seen some expidited in as little as 2 weeks.

I received my response via email within 24 hours. They denied me

I am in the military too and they approved mine after 4 days.In my case I send them my order and one letter explaining why I want my case to be expedite.just told them in the letter I might be deployed soon. and they approved it.I thing everyone in the Military should required for case expedition.
