Hey all... just FYI (I am a IT tech) ... email address that is correct is the one without the middle initial donald.neufeld@uscis.dhs.gov Confirmed the address with telnet as being a valid email to the USCIS server. I would think a barrage of email's from everyone coupled with a follow up by snail mail would be a great approach! He can always press the delete button and throw out the mail. But would make a good statement.

Yeah, now were talking!

Alright. We can email right away, then have Monday/Next week be the focus for snail mail. Gives people time to get their letters organised and get envelopes and whatnot. But emails are easy. Should we draft up a template email similar to the letter on Google Docs? I'm happy to do so, unless someone with more skills as a writer would like to (Mine are kinda lacking).

K1 Timeline:

4th Jun 2013 - NOA2

7th Aug 2013 - Medical

I would suggest using the same text as the letter. Just omit the formal addressing at the top. Then be sure to have a signature line in the email that shows your address and contact information.

Monday is a very good goal. Let's get as much ready as we can, even for people not writing their own, we'll draft up some generic ones on GoogleDocs as someone suggested so people can fill in the blanks, print them off, and send them. I'll contact the OP and ask to update the original post as someone else has done. Everyone else, try to rally as many people into this thread as possible so we can get the numbers up ready for monday. If we get as many as possible sent over next week, hopefully we'll get a swift response.

Edit: I created a GoogleDoc as suggested, link is here https://docs.google.com/document/d/1TkQGEsuhb9-THqopSCVcNGESQEJSR1hKEQGjo5iPEj0/edit?usp=sharing

If anyone wants to chime in and make changes, feel free. But it's there to copy for anyone that wants it.

I'm trying to put one together but in professional wording. I suggest u add the data that posted a few days to the letter.

I was considering it, but I'm unsure. I mean, I imagine they know how behind they are, surely?

If you do the math, they have only had 1 or 2 people working on I-129Fs since December

omg! that's horrible!

How is this petition gonna work? Are we all going to sign something here and send it to the USCIS director?

so if I understand correctly here, are we all here gonna sign this petition together?

I got to thinking about this whole CSC mess, where DACA is getting preferential treatment over people doing things legally.

If a petition is created to the White House and gets more than I think it was 25,000 signatures, it's something they will publicly address.

Think we could get the numbers?

Count us in!

Who ever feels that daca filers need preferential treatment after already being here for years illegally is not thinking straight. They can wait just like everyone else especially when everyone here doing things the legal way are being pushed to the side and forced to wait.

Agree!

He got tired fixing the plumbing. Seriously though, he asks us to forward messages to Susan Arroyo. He would show some courtesy by providing her e-mail address maybe?

Yep, what Bayareaguy said.

The numbers don't add up.

But think of how many people, you know, or even strangers you could get involved in this? I might not know hundreds or thousands of people, but I'm willing to do ANYTHING and EVERYTHING to be reconnected with my loved one, so why not at least try?

I think I mentioned in another post somewhere, this is not an either/or endeavor. Feel free to do both. I just feel we get more bang for our K1 buck taking a more direct rout to the person with clout that can make things happen the fastest for us.
