They don't really ask questions, its not an interview. They either chat with you or they don't chat because they are doing paperwork.

Well, my husband was questioned over an hour and was asked all the questions at his interview plus newer one to see if his answers matched two months prior to his interview. His POE was New York, and many were questioned not just my husband.

So yes, they can question him.

Sounds like he got profiled on entry. Thats not a usual occurrence when you enter on a K-1.

I was only asked when and where the wedding would take place. Sometimes they ask about your relationship - like how you met and the like. I suggest you look through your POE reviews here on Visajourney; there might be some helpful information on there:

I was not asked many question but immigration officer was trying to confuse me. While he was looking at my papers he was referring my fiancé as my husband . E.g what does your husband do I told him we r not married yet. Sometime they can pick up on these little things. But apart from that everything else was good. Was out in 25mins.

As far as I know, they do not ask any questions, they just request to see your medical file, and issue you I-94 and tell you that you have 90 days to get married and file your AOS and so on and so on and if you fail to get married within allotted time you will have to go back to your home country.
