DO NOT DELETE:

Instructions

1. If you want your status to be added/updated, do not say "Please add me". Go ahead and edit it yourself. You do not need permission.

2. Please make sure you are using Rich Text Editor as your message setting (Settings->Posting Settings->Enable visual (RTE))

3. Click "Reply" on the most recent/updated posting version of this list.

4. Remove

(top and bottom) around the list.

5. Always use [Courier New] Font. (It will stay lined up correctly if you use the correct font.)

Usually from Case Complete to interview is a 2 month wait. Look at previous months for India. Your embassy is real busy and people do wait. Look all the way back to October.

Here's at least March and February to give u a clue.

Yes, i agree, there is a wait of 2 months between Case Complete and the actual Interview. All i need to know is when i can expect to know the interview date, if my Case is completed this week. This is only to tentatively plan things.

USCIS I-130 Petition for Spouse

September 2012: Filed from abroad to Chicago Lockbox

4 days later: NOA1, Routed to California Service Center

7 days later: Transferred because of new jurisdiction

5 days later: Case Status changed to: Under processing at USCIS office

NOA2 arrived 78 days after NOA1 :)

*I-130 Approval Notice hardcopy finally received in Pakistan, the only notice that arrived.

11/16/12 NOA1 email

11/30/12 NOA1 Letter (mailed to Brazil)

01/09/13 NOA2 email and online update (56 days from NOA1)

01/23/13 NOA2 Letter arrived (mailed to Brazil)

01/22/13 Arrived at NVC

02/04/13 Assigned NVC numbers

02/04/13 Sent 3032 by email

I think those people at NVC are cyborgs. and I quote "You had case complete February 5th. You are now awaiting appointment. Once an appointment becomes available. The petitioner and beneficiary will be emailed".

Did I ask you to tell me what I already know?

Okay somebody else call. And after I say I am the petitioner Debbie she says Sir how can I help u. I don't think she believed I am a woman. :angry:

09/26/2012: Mailed I-130 from Nigeria( delayed by customs)
USCIS stage ( 66 days)
10/12/2012: NOA 1
12/17/2012: NOA 2 (case was transferred to NYC office 11/27/12)
NVC stage ( 20 days)
01/08/2013: Case # and IIN assigned ( file arrived NVC mail room 12/20/12)
01/09/2013: AOS invoiced and paid, DS-3032 emailed and mailed.
01/16/2013: IV invoiced &paid. AOS & IV mailed in one package(arrived 01/18).
01/28/2013: Case complete!!!
04/19/2013: Interview; APPROVED!!!!!
05/13/2013: POE; JFK

N-400: (3 months and 12 days)
Filed N-400 : 2011-06-17
Interview: 2011-09-27
Oath Ceremony: 2011-09-30

IR-5 for Mom Entire process took 5 months exactly

New Interview date: 2012-02-29 : VISA APPROVED
