Hey all, I was curious if the income statement that was used for the K1 could be re-used for the AOS.

If getting a new one would be more advantageous that would be great to know as well.

We submitted AOS today and I don't recall seeing that as a requirement. I-864 says you may submit evidence but that you don't have to unless asked to by a Govt official. We just submitted 2011 tax transcripts and 2012 W-2 along with the I-864.

Per I-864 instruction page 11, you may submit 3 tax yrs, 6 mons paystubs and/or letter of employment if you believe any of these will help you qualify.

We've submitted all of them along with the required ITR and W2s as they're not hard to get and so far no RFE
