Sending my packet on March 18! Did you guys mail it via USPS Express Mail or Priority Mail?

I sent mine via 2 day UPS on a Monday afternoon and they received it on Wednesday morning.

Will send mine tomorrow with a waiver (my husband died 30th of december 2012)... it took me a long time to gather the documents coz i am still hurting... missing my honey so much... the pictures are really hard to put up... i don't know how many times i cried... but i did it...

here's my packet: (aside from the form and the payment which is on top of the application)

(1) Copy of my green card (front and back)

(2) Original copy of my husband’s death certificate

(3) Copy of our joint Tax Return Transcript for 2011 and 2012 from the IRS

(4) Copy of our joint Form 1040 signed by our Tax Preparer, Eleonora Lacy, of H&R Block

(5) Copy of Bank Statements (Checking and Savings) in both our names

(6) Copy of both our driver’s license showing the same address

(7) Copy of Durable Healthcare Power of Attorney, me as his Health Care Agent

(8) Copy of our health insurance cards showing joint policy

(9) Copy of AAA Plus Membership billed together

(10) Copy of pictures and documents of events and travels throughout our marriage

(11) Copy of christmas cards sent by friends (2011 and 2012)

(12) Copy of letters from Veterans Affairs’ Office, Social Security and AARP addressed to me,

upon his death

(13) Copy of sympathy cards from friends, my work and from his work

We'll be filing hopefully pretty soon! We could have filed at the beginning of the month, but full time jobs with opposite schedules and a busy "almost" 1 year old keeps us pretty preoccupied! Hopefully we can get all our stuff sorted to get everything submitted asap.

November 20, 2010: Sent off USCIS package through priority mail

November 22, 2010: Package received.

December 13, 2010: Received hard copies of NOA1's in the mail

December 13, 2010: Touched.

February 15, 2011: Received interview notification in the mail for march 17@ 10:30am.

March 17, 2011: Had the interview and it was a breeze.

May 14, 2011: Received a text and e-mail notifications stating my Adjustment of status has been approved.

May 14, 2011: Received welcome to America letter and green card should follow in about 3 weeks.

May 17,2011: Received GC in the mail.

Received notice to remove condition from 2/9/13…..couldn't get it out till 3/5/13.

March 11, 2013: NOA received

April 9th, 2013: Biometrics done in Baltimore

September 27th, 2013: Called uscis to inquire about the delay..said i should be contacted within 2 weeks.

October 1st, 2013: Received an email saying i should get a decision within 60 days.

October 11th, 2013: Was notified by email that my case is being transferred to my local office for processing…. Argghh!!!

December 12th, 2013: Got text and email notifications that my card is in production... Yippee!!!

I am changing some names to ALL CAPITAL letters per Yurika and Jims request. When you enter your name please put it in ALL CAPS. It does make some hard to read like MSNIKKI instead of MsNikki and HARVEYANDTHERESA insterad of HarveyAndTheresa. - Good Luck All -

I am almost out of TSC blackhole.

2/25/11 - received case number, IIN, and gave e-mail IDs.

2/25/11 - Send DS-3032 E-mail

2/28/11 - I-864 (AOS) bill invoiced and paid

3/01/11 - AOS payment status "PAID"

3/02/11 - DS-3032 : Email accepted

3/04/11 - IV bill invoiced (e-mail at 2:30 AM) and paid
