Bombay consulate already released March interview. So who ever not in March then hope to get in April. So just starting new thread for possible getting interview in April.

Who else here is waiting for an Interview date in April 2013?

Can you create your signature with date so we know how long takes for other interview.

I see your signature that you got check list email from NVC and responsed. What was checklist NVC looking for ?

I got email from NVC regarding checklist for Passport Police Certificate. I called NVC and mention that My father will carry when he goes for interview. I am not sure you have same checklist email ?

Can you mention your US Consulate location in Email Signature ?

Indian Police Clearance Certificates should be obtained as follows:

All Indian IV applicants aged 16 and above, residing in India, should obtain police

certificates from the local Passport Office.

Indian passport holders applying for visas outside India should obtain a statement from their

local embassy or consulate confirming they have no criminal record.

Non-Indian IV applicants residing in India should obtain police certificates from the District

Police Station serving their area of residence.

Indian police certificates are not available for foreign (non-Indian) applicants applying

outside India

I also got checklist regarding passport police certificate...

We sent PCC...In our certificate we have "Regional passport office"....they made this issue....It is like that because our state has two regional passport offices....Hyderabad and Visakhapatnam....We comes under Hyderabad...so they gave Regional passport office,Hyderabad...

They gave checklist telling that

• All Indian IV applicants aged 16 and above, residing in India, should obtain police certificates from the local Passport Office.

They blindly asking to have our certificate from our local passport office...

We responded to NVC telling that it is our local passport office...

Anyone called NVC today? I heard that NVC started scheduling for April 2013 already? Any good news guys?

I called couple hours ago, and they said that they just started scheduling interviews yesterday. Didn't give any more details. Keep calling till we get it I guess.

Just got email from NVC. Interview schedule on April 1st 2013.
