gathering the documents for citizenship, any advice??

Timeline

Hi, we are gathering the documents and thinking about sending the package next week. This is what I have gathered. please go through my list and let me know if I need to add anything else?

1. N-400

2. copy of Green card back and front

3. 2 passport size pictures with name and A number written in back

4. spouse's birth certificate's copy

5. marriage certificate copy

6. recent bank statements with our names on it. ( do I need to more then one month's statement?)

7. Copy of birth certificate of our child.

8. insurance statements with our names.

Is that all enough?? do we need anything else? Thank you for reading and answering! :D

interview date- 11/06/2009

visa approved! 11/17/2009.. pheww!!

received passport-11/20/2009

entered in US- 12/14/2009

POE- New york

welcome received- 02/01/2010

green card received- 02/08/2010

removal of condition-12/15/2011

ROC package sent to CSC- 09/21/2011

Are you applying based on 3 years? then yes you need 3 years of bank statements. 3 years of tax return documents or transcripts etc. Check out the instructions on USCIS they have a list of everything you need.

Your I-129f was approved in 5 days from your NOA1 date.

Your interview took 67 days from your I-129F NOA1 date.

AOS was approved in 2 months and 8 days without interview.

ROC was approved in 3 months and 2 days without interview.

Inky, yeah I am applying on base of 4 years of Marriage and 3 years of residency. I did read the guideline but it doesn't mention any where to send 3 years worth of statements?? Jezz! that's way too much lol..

interview date- 11/06/2009

Basically you don't need to send much evidence of relationship with the actual application at all. Tax returns are sufficient. But you should take others to the interview, or you can front-load if you like.
