Did I download correct police check form???

Hey Everyone,

I am going to get my police check done this week and I am just wondering which form I should use. I have found this one online and was hoping someone could tell me whether or not it is the one I will need for the K1 visa

Also, does anyone know if I have to call ahead to get an appointment or can I just turn up at the station?

OK, I am still struggling. I cannot find where to download it from the website. Is it form 800 that we need?

If you're in NSW this is the site you need and you fill the form in online. I did mine last year and got my visa approved last week.
