There is some problem with my brother's CSPA, and we submitted the IV Fee and AOS before Jan 2011, but the DS-230 later. I hope somebody that can explain that line and its relationship to the CSPA worksheet.

Many vj members are thinking how did i get this worksheets ?

Little background.

My aunty ( mom's sister ) filled petition for us ( me , my bro , parents ) under F4 category.

and she also filled petition for my uncle ( mom's brother ) and their family (his wife , son and daughter ) with same priority date.

in 2010 august our petition and my uncle's petition was current , but my uncle's son and daughter was already married and settled in usa cz they both married to USC.

so my uncle didn't pay 404 $ fee for their son and daughter. and also didn't submitted ds-230 as they were already in usa.

on 26 th November , i received my appointment letter . and my uncle also get his appointment letter .

my interview was scheduled on 25th jan 2013 with Mumbai consulate. and my uncle's interview was scheduled on 4th January 2013 .

when my uncle returned from Mumbai after giving interview, i went to my uncle's home , just to ask him some questions , and procedure at Mumbai consulate.

he old me that Mumbai consulate gave them whole bunch of documents back , in that bunch i found this 4 worksheets .( 2 for his daughter , 2 for his son )

on 2 worksheets , they have written date 18 oct 2011 on lhs corner. and on other 2 worksheets they have written date 4 august 2010 .

after completion my interview at 25th jan. i also searched whole bunch of documents which Mumbai consulate gave me. but i dint find any worksheets for my brother and for me.

so i think my brothers worksheet is at Mumbai consulate , as i have also mention in my interview experience that i saw India officer singed this type of worksheet for my brother.

in august-2010 forms, they have written nothing,

but in oct 2011 forms they have written "did not apply " by green pen : IV Fee/AOS form /IVA(DS230) Received by NVC on :did not apply

.my uncle submitted their (his , and his wife ) ds-230 on 2011 august .so i think when nvc received only 2 people's ds-230 , they wrote " did not apply "

Observations :

1.If you apply(request) for cspa via immigration lawyer or not .nvc will calculate cspa by their own for eact applicant over 21 when his/her priority date will become current first time . and second time when they receive DS-230 packet prom applicant .

2.I recommend every cspa applicant to pay iv visa fee and submit DS-230 asap .dont delay in this procedure.

3.If you want to calculate cspa age for cspa , use my worksheets as it is original nvc documents.dont use other calculators. some applications line a" age calculator will help you to count exact days .

u said there were 4 worksheets right? one with date August 4- 2010 and one with Oct 18th 2011 date. Ur uncle paid the fees in August 2011. I'm asking what are the calculations on the October 18 2011 date wali worksheet.
