Your current income is how much you're currently making. If you're on salary, then put your salary amount. If you're hourly, then multiply the amount with the amount of hours and with 52 weeks.

Yes, that amount should meet your employment letter. If you've got a letter already, then put that amount.

Called the NVC again, and told I can email a scanned copy(only one you can do) of the signed DS-3032 to nvcinquiry@state.gov

Seems pretty easy.

Then make sure I have my 2012 tax papers (that are completed and filed), and a current pay stub, for the I-864 ready.

Husband call today and still the same send to NVCre search. some of visa journey friends the operator told them to send the approval notice in there too. who got the their NOA2 last january 28 and 29. have you gotten visa case number. I hope everything will be start soon. I might start my NVC file on March haiz do you think need to Call USCIS instead.

Question for Saylin or Darnel or another guru perhaps!

So our package was supposedly sent to the embassy on Friday Feb 15th but we have not been able to track it or find it on DHL at all.

We tried contacting the NVC and they had no useful information other then wait 2 weeks for a package they shipped via 3 day shipment to arrive at the embassy, which would just essentially be wasting time.

All the other packages that were shipped the same day, and we can find tracking info for, have been delivered and signed for so what the hell is up with ours?

My question to you is:

What can we do to get info? NVC won't give us the tracking info, the embassy says they haven't received anything and none of them have replied to any emails either.

Any advice please!!!

I have a different opinion, however malformed.

Tracking the casefile movement is useless . If you are trying to get an earlier interview date, you need to have the DoS Hotline # on speeddial, call every day. The timetick you are listening for is 'casefile opened' - I suggest to you that THAT is the timetick to chase after - when you hear it - slam an email into the IV unit, asking for an earlier interview date.

Otherwise - if you are ok with your interview date - why to fret over DoS Casefile movement? You have an interview date, the IV unit will be ready for you on that date.

If There is a instance that the approved petition is not been forwarded to NVC. I already submitted my scan approved Nao2. Do I need to call still or wait Nvc research to answer me via email. How long it will takes waiting NVC research to answer me. It there is someone here The customer service rep. ask you to submmit scan noa2 to NVC research

Some of the local offices are NOT sending approved petitions within the same week of approval, wanting instead to send off the file with a collection of other files during a monthly batch. It's local protocol, alas.

So, if you had approval at a local office, is really best to get an ISO, and find out exactly where the casefile is. Be adamant, remind them that the casefile is probably still with a USCIS office or adjudicator somewhere. Ask them to LOOK.

I was already planning on calling the DOS until the embassy has our packet in hand. We already sent an email with our information to the IV unit at the embassy requesting an earlier date but since they haven't received our packet we will send another when we know they have the packet.

February 6: Case complete!!
February 11: Interview assigned.
February 25: Package received at Embassy in Buenos Aires.
March 18: Interview Approved!!
